Let’s cook some dinner tonight

Chicken wings .(cleaned & seasoned )
Garlic powder/ onion powder/ chicken creole marinade / smoked paprika
Cream of chicken and cream on mushroom
1 small red bell pepper - 1 medium size green bell pepper & half of a small yellow onion
Bake for 45 min covered on 375
Uncover bake for 20 min on 400
Macaroni & cheese
Boil noodles until soft
Melt 2 tsp of butter
Add 2 tsp of flour
2 cups of milk
Add 2 lb of cheese (I used sharp Cheddar and mild cheddar)
Slap ya momma seasoning added to cheese sauce
Drain noodles
Add cheese sauce to noodles (stir)
Add remainder of shredded cheese to top
Cover & add to oven for 45 min
Yams
Melt 2 sticks of butter(unsalted )
2 cups of brown sugar
1 cup of white sugar
2tsp of cinnamon and nutmeg
4 drops of vanilla extract
Whisk together
Cut up sweet potatoes
Rinse until water is clear
At potatoes to pot
Cover until potatoes turn soft
Add to baking dish and put in oven for 30 min
Green beans
Rinse green beans
Cut ends off
Add vegetable oil to pan add green beans to pan
Red pepper flakes
Garlic Parmesan seasoning
Cover on low
