I miss Baguio in the mid '80s when I was studying engineering there. Baguio is congested with many houses now. There used to be a lot of pine tress all over that place, but now there are more houses than tress.

what I like when I go to Baguio is go to "Cafe In The Sky" in the morning Located up along Santo Tomas Rd... It's a Way up to the cloud where you drink coffee in the morning watching the sea of clouds.. The coffee is not that good though but the view makes it better to drink even a simple coffee 3 in 1 😅

The penthouse is nicely design, it's quite similar to American home here in California, my only critics is i just wish it was built overlooking the mountain views than neighbor home to make it more peaceful.
So did you stay there? Nice place. You just gave me an idea of a place to book when in the City of Pines.
I expected the nightly rate to be outrageous, it’s actually $550 CAD/ night. Expensive but no more than a upscale hotel in a major city in North America.
But Baguio isn't in a major city in North America and this place is not an upscale hotel. I hear these kinds of comparisons often. Makes no sense to me.
