First condo unit is Wow! The feeling of wanting to go home asap from work or out of town trip and lay down on that bed as soon as you enter the suite is incredible! Sooo comfy and classy with a great view!😊👏👏🤳🤳

I think Mergim is doing well in his vlog in bgc or in metro manila, he loves living in a city
As this country is now in Wet season a bit hard to do travel vlog specially Philippines known for summer vibe. I think hes doing good to let other countries in the world to see the other side of the Philippines which always been portray by western media as ugly , squatter and dirty country.

60k of rent is a lot in Spain also, or France, Italy, etc.

The first unit looks nice, but too small and overpriced. I’m paying almost the same place here in the US but way bigger sq ft.
Please start showing the bathrooms slowly and in detail (especially sink/mirror/electrical outlet/lighting/shower area and the type of showerhead provided). Bathrooms are an important room and can make or break a decision to rent/purchase.

BGC is really designed for foreigners. Ordinary worker totally can’t afford the rent of 70k. 😮 The condominiums you’re showing is not considered high-end. You should inquire Pacific plaza, mostly diplomats and expats rent it for 1M plus paid for the whole year. 100k plus minimum a month. And that is around year 2000. Almost 300 sqm per unit.

Oh in BGC, you also gotta like HIGH purchase prices, though Rents are not much higher than in Makati. Best to rent there maybe, if you really like it like Mergim is doing. I wish he would start talking about YIELD and INTEREST RATES, as pro investors do

First is nice but it is to small for to much money
Although the 1st condo is amazing, it's nearly at Western prices for affordability plus it's actually very small for the price. I couldn't justify nearly £1k for renting a condo without bills & exspenses. The market is almost definitely going to crash because BGC/Manila (PH generally) has become ridiculous.

I think he is earning enough from vlogging to afford a 60k pesos per month rent for a condo unit. Mike and Nelly and George and Lucy were even able to buy condo units and cars by just vlogging.
@@LGP-rn3rn we are not asking about the amount, what we are saying is nice if he could give us a vlog about the reality of vlogging in terms of sustainability, survivability in expenses, budget management on how to stretch resources coming from youtube, etc. It's not about rudeness, there are foreign vloggers here in PH who had shared their simple takes and management in vlogging inorder to survive.

If possible, visit also tagaytay and baguio this cold holiday season.
Baguio, for me, is one of the best places to visit & stay longer during the cold siberian air season (from december to february, but february is the coldest of all).
Baguio is such a wonderful place to stay & roam around during the holidays.
December last year, my family stayed in baguio for 3 days and it was truly marvelous & memorable.
