My Grandfa did like this all his Life.. Farming , Import & Exports (Copra, Rattan etc). + Balot Distribution + Buying Properties then put it on Rent, sometimes he also Sell Landproperty but not always.. then he doesn’t like Condominium, his Old School when it comes to Renting Business.. Only LandProperties..
My recently turned over 1br condo in BGC cost about the same but yours is obviously bigger and way cooler with the renovation. Great job. Wondering how much it would cost now to renovate.. 🤔
Depending on the country. This is considered foreign income. You might have a tax nightmare coming soon.. Economic factors are changing as well. You must still pay property management fees and taxes.
That is my type of kick-ass condo. I see some kick-ass interior designed condos but uses a lot of red color, glad that this is not one of them. Cheers Bro!

California is a cesspool. I was in San Francisco last week and felt like I was in a 3rd world country. Democrats destroyed that state.
But a business traveler can also stay at the Ascott Hotel (5 star) for $185 + tax. I can see a family wanting this, but not getting it because one of the kids bedrooms got converted to an office without a bed, so now it's back to a single traveler who could get a 4 or 5 star hotel for cheaper with more amenities and daily cleaning. Are you really getting 1 mil peso every month or is this the budgeted income for future months if all goes well? Asking for a friend.
It's not every month. I stay here a lot so I book it out when I'm traveling. I have seen consistent months of over 300k per month. None the less I usually charge quite a bit more than the competitors. The one million was fully occupied for 2 months straight.

BGC is expensive.
This is what’s wrong with Condos in Manila. Over priced and since most are already 100% paid for, sellers are holding unto such with minimal return on investment since most people have so much options.
I will say, it’s a nice unit, but 300.00USD a night?? Ahhhh no.
I have being looking to buy Condo for the last 4 years. But will get better deal renting. Property Management companies dictate who can visit when they can visit what rules u need to go by and you don’t have any say whatsoever.
