Maybe I'm out of touch with Manila rental prices but I though that a monthly rental approaching GBP1,000 per month for what appeared to me as an average size one bedroom apartment was a bit steep. Presumably there are service charges to pay on top or is it the practice in the Philippines to include them in the quoted rent? BTW, great video.

17m PHP for a tiny unit - that's insane. I can go to Dubai and buy a nice 2 bed unit for that price which will deliver me decent rent each year. Who in their right mind is buying these?

Oh common an expensive 16 mil condo but then you have a cheap ass box type AC. I don’t think it’s necessary to have a maid’s room 😂 It’s so small that it looks like a storage room! You don’t even have space to move around. The shape of the unit is odd. The rental condo unit is nice however is way too expensive!

330K psqm with a 0.5hp AC window type AC. C'mon lol. These units can be found for 50-60% off on the secondary market. Your rental prices are so out of touch from the market as well. They're priced to scam foreigners. I thought you'd treat your audience better. Yikes!

Yea I'd love to spend time there but I'd the safe places to stay cost just as much or more then I'd pay in the US then it's just not worth it.

I enjoy watching your blogs. You are very good at sharing detailed information on different condos in BGC Taguig. I am reaching out to you perhaps you can recommend an Airbnb condo in BGC. Airbnb ( desirable location) very accessible to all the amenities; i.e, restaurants, malls, grocery, nightlife etc. and a contact person. Friendly suggestion- perhaps a blog about desirable locations for example airbnb prime locations on your travels, price and contact person. Thank you.

If you're so sure about a market crash then put all your savings on a SHORT position on Ayala and other property stocks that have developments in BGC. Otherwise, you're just another loser blowing hot air

What a marketing video :) Intro blueprints - wth, why make master and 2nd bedroom share a wall??? Privacy for owner hello? 9m shoebox kitchen, in 3bed place expect a massive kitchen island and american sized fridge freezer. I am there to cook, healthy local food, with friends. That's why Im paying and looking for a big place. Why charge big money for shoebox place? And no one paying £250k for some shoe box room lol, for sale, overpriced by 4x. lol 17mil php for that... haha. BGC or not. But last straw is, u claim literally a studio (1 bed means isolated all walls / windows / balcony room) and claiming its 1 bed? for 65k, no matter how "nice" they did it up. The view is terrible, just buildings blocking it. Thats max 40k.... that room must be empty for years no one paying even 55k for that.
Are you gonna show SERIOUS places ever, where normal people can live their lives? Where there's space for desk, for friends coming over? Whilst still in Manila city, no one traveling to suburbs in ph traffic.
