Virtua Striker 2 in terms of graphics and animations, was ahead of its time.
J Pro League franchise and Virtua Striker franchises was the best.

Virtua Striker 2 the clear winner. SWWS: Euro Edition is a decent effort, a really good passing style. UEFA Striker again, is another good pick. The Dreamcast excels in some of the sports titles, but football, largely thanks to the clowns at EA, was missing a few. Again, the lifespan of the console was short so that doesn't help matters.
VS2 had a terrible gameplay TBH. The best football game for Dreamcast actually was Winning Eleven 3 running on Bleemcast.

This console has a lot of potential but sadly not when it comes to football.
IMO VIirtua Striker was the only really good game and probably the best for the arcades. Sadly they never released VS3 and VS4 for the PS2.
But wait man , virtua striker dont have sprint button and there no automatic pass , when i tried to shoot but it went in misdirection

Virtua striker 3 is on gamecube and it's amazing
Sega Worldwide soccer 2000 looks like a "remastered" Mia Hamm Soccer 64. Which makes sense because both games were developed by Silicon Dreams, but it looks just as bad of a game as Mia Hamm soccer 64.

The j league games look great and has a huge potential specially the first one, but for some unknown reason you can't really play you just watch!
if only dreamcast could had some of those european titles into the American market maybe the consoles could have a Little More successe

I installed Dreamcast Emulator recently and checked out some football games. and I can honestly say 90 min, Sega Worldwide 2000, Striker Pro 2000, UEFA Dream and Virtua Striker 2 were all disappointing, either had bad gameplay or bad controls
ISS Pro Evolution 2 or Winning Eleven 2002 on PS1 beats all of them combined

Caraca da onde tirou isso? Eu tive o Dream por 10 anos e nunca joguei um jogo de futebol mas pra mais de 70 de todos os outros tipos, comprava até no camelô
