It is not auto-tuned, imo. It's VERY characteristic when it's edited, which isn't this case. Paul is just too good in what he does. But regardless, unfortunately doesn't has the recognition he deserves.

there is no autotune. his vocal is just too dry. a bit of reverb and delay and it would sound even better
