Lunmad would've given a Thumbs Up!
Amazing
I rarely write reviews. But this is a master with a capital letter. Accuracy, pedantry and great skill. Good luck good man.
Nice work
I can't believe how well those crankcase halves looked after polishing them!
A truly incredible job. What a job and all those Philips headed bolts which can so easily foul up. This is special.
I just watched both vids in awe of the skills of the restorer, my only regret is that I learned navigation and not engineering in the navy
Eagerly waiting for next part.
Brilliant work
Bhai videos amezing and kadakkkk 💯❤️✌️
Lovely little bikes and go well had a few in my time one was a 200 really nippy and easy to work on.
Wow!
Very nice
Looking good.
Great job! Can't wait to hear the sound of that engine! I had 2 cubs in my youth and loved them (despite the constant breakdowns and big ends going!)
great job!
Great jop you the best
Loved this vid....and the pace was just right too. Can't wait to see and hear the finished product. The first motorcycle I ever ride in my life, when in my early teens, .... was a Cub.
Waiting part 3
Welcome to kerala
Brilliant restore video. However, at 12:37 you can see that the primary crankcase seal E3379, is the wrong way round. The seal spring should be facing the crank, to help prevent a chain case oil leak from the clutch side layshaft.
Good job, congratulations, precise work 👌.
Can't wait part #3 full restoration of it ✨
Cool refurbish job! Congrats!
Trop bien

Good restore❤
Beautiful job.🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
♥️for ur hardwork always bro🤝
Очень интересно!👍
Nice, well done.😊
Cannot understand why you polished the outer cases but not the points cover or crankcase plugs, or the head casting for that matter. I also didn't see any lubricant applied to the bearing surfaces whilst rebuilding the engine? However there was a lot missed out so may have missed those bits? All in all a nice job, now we need to see and hear it running!!
Mycket bra!!! 👍👍👍Mvh Lasse!
wow!
有趣!!而且專業
great job👍👍
Pity its left half finished would have loved to see finished article
Love this😘😘😘😘😘❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Part 3 please
Question, Do you have to soak the clutch plates in oil before you put it together? The motor looks great by the way!
I loved my Tiger Cub! Way back in 1968. I don't recall any part of the engine was painted except the barrel. Did you replace all worn bearings and seals and have a rebore with the new piston ? I know parts availability is an issue these days and you can do only the best you can. You certainly did a thorough of cleaning. Very nice.
KO Jo no
It sounds like your sandblaster could be disguised Decepticon.
This motor's weakness was the big-end bearing, it was a plain bearing instead of a roller, I ran three of them. I think there was a roller conversion...
By Alpha.
John
Yes there was alpha cost £7.10s , i had a cub in 1966 drove it as fast as it would go all the time ,after two big end failures fitted the roller type .
I rebuilt my engine with needle follor bearings, big -end ,mains -bearings ,little end ,high compression piston ,hi lift sports cams .
1 base 2 base 3 heat exaust welcome 4,exit 5,chamber 6,meter 7, panel seat 8 bye sheet sticker
👍👍,,
i had a valve snap on mine ,and it went straight into the head
Nice job motor looks fantastic did you not use any sealer with the gaskets?
Saludos.
I enjoyed the first part of the restoration video but unfortunately got nothing out of this part because the time lapse was too quick
Well,...........its shiny.............
Telling fault was that the engine sprocket needed a strip down to do it. A way they were telling you it would last that long before clapping out. As for a triumph frame characteristic of two long bent tubes going to the headstock was another way of saying it will not handle at all well, it needs the tank to give the frame ‘stiffness’ but it didn’t.
3bolts driled welded earthed
What light do you use ? Can you send me link or name
test ride please .,.,
Had a few of these in the 70's, not sure how triumph got away with selling them to be honest, no wonder Honda crushed them..
The rod bearing on these is a big weak point. It needed to be disassembled and checked.
Are you from Pakistan
Can you restore a 1971 Honda cb350 for me???
correct me if I am wrong, but I didn't see any piston rings go in there!
Where is third part?
shame the gearbox sprocket was put back worn, my qub was all rollers and ball race, had a mountain of part many years ago
its a 9.wire chain prisom of 3.
@bayya sunny yadav
Part3?
bro can u restore my yamaha scooty?
Where is the next video.. will it run...? Pls up load the next video about the motorcycle..
We're working on the project. In a Couple of Days, we'll upload the next part. Thanks
Thankyou 😊😊
solutions names mention otherwise its not usefull
Are you a chemical engineer or what?
Unfortunately the big end assembly wasn't that good on that model.
That is more like a corpse of a motorcycle. I gave you guys a lot of credit for restoring something that looks as bad as that. But let's face it you're not restoring as much as remanufacturing it. When they are in that far gone a shape that is.
Second video Oct 2022 and no follow up WTF?
Engine Running...! No.
The black parts look awful silver would have been better and the big end 😮😱🇬🇧
WARNING: NO Narration.
