Betstco Flail Mower Failed Bearing Replacement

Betstco uses a bearing and a couple of snap rings to hold a shaft together, and mine failed. The shaft separated, some stuff started rubbing, and it got really hot.
Parts (just measure them and order, they are common dimensions):
Inner seal
Bearing
Inner snap ring
Outer snap ring
Outer seal
End snap ring

did u forget to grease it? or not grease it enough or is it just poor quality i ask cause im intrested in the these flails

I did grease it, but the tube the shaft is in could hold 5 tubes of grease, so I'm not sure how much it really needs. Except for that, it works pretty good. The welds and everything are good.
