My Favorite moment of your year was seeing you and Brian on top of the stairs at the Shaw Classic. Beautiful moment
For me it was the iron bull: you learned from watching the other guys, dug deep, and broke the trend of the group.

Didn’t start watching till later in the year but my favorite part was seeing the training leading into shaw, that log press pb video seemed pretty epic and it’s cool to see the effort people are putting in to be their best at whatever it is they do.

You have had an incredible year indeed. My favorite moment was you completing the stones at WSM as that win changed your life as you said. What is equally impressive to me is how much effort you have put into leveraging that win ( and your subsequent wins) into as much as humanly possible. A true self made success story!

Favorite performance of yours was at the log at Rogue. Knew the victory was probably off if you got 7 or 8 reps so to see you get the last one especially having read the rules was great

What I have noticed is you always talk about it feeling good at competition days. Meaning you did a really good job at recovering before the show.
I am wondering, what do you usually do in the week or weeks leading up to a show in terms of recovering? Do you do deloads, just don't go to the gym at all, do sauna's etc. What do you do to maximize the recovery aspects to reach that 'feel good' moment on showdays
Arguably the most successful year of any strongman and certainly the most impressive rookie year ever. A certain stoltman has got his eyes set on you for 2024 tho!
My favorite is when you walked out at WSM like 3 hours after the comp was over and a lot of people had gone home, just to offer a plate of food to someone who wanted it. Was hilarious

I would love to see you and Mateusz train together. If someone can figure out his "weakness" and fix it, it would probably be you. Also you two seem on almost the exact opposite of the spectrum based on personality.........but remarkably similar in weird abilities. I know it seems weird to ask a strongman to figure out how to fix something for the competitor. Fuck it. lol.
