This was a really good video. The live action segments were funny and entertaining, the video itself was interesting and informative. I really liked this and was worth the wait. 10/10 film needs to be in cinema.

And on the subject of controller chaos, me and my brother bought our dad one of their custom NES controllers for him and the paint on the buttons started chipping after 2 uses, so it's nice to hear about more trustworthy custom controller companies.
I didn't think I'd watch this all in one sitting, but it was seriously good.
This is actually an amazing video with the camera angles the performances and the ammount of work overall
MERRY CHRISTMAS DANERADE
All the problems with Joy-Cons (tell me if I missed something): there's no D-Pad, playing them sideways makes them the most uncomfortable controller I've ever used, the buttons are prone to lag on occasion, the control sticks can drift, the camera is a waste of technology, and the C-Stick location is really annoying because my thumb uncomfortably rubs it whenever I press the B button.
Edit: The motion controls are sometimes worse on Switch Joy-Cons than how they were on Wii Remotes, especially when it came to pointing at the screen.
Edit 2: They don't have innovate as much as older Nintendo controllers. For example, the NES had the D-Pad, the SNES had ABXY buttons, the N64 had 360 analog controls, the GameCube was a perfected controller (also pressure sensitive L and R buttons with dual analog sticks), the Wii had motion controls, and the Wii U had a touch pad.
Hot take : i don't really mind the joy cons.
But that's probably because 95% of the time i play with these docked and the only times i use them seperately nowadays is cause of Ring Fit Adventure.
The last time I used joy cons undocked were when playing Super Mario Party (which btw is a good game imo fight me) and that was a few years ago. And even then i sold Super because I'm a moron who doesn't know what a best value deal was.

I really wish some games would stop pushing you to use only one joycon. Aside from most of the issues stated above, their honestly a really comfortable and fun controller to use that could feel better than the Wii mote without the drift. Using a singular one however is one of the least usable controllers ever. It simply has less going for it than even the Wii remote, and that had the excuse of utilizing motion controls for the first time.

The joycon don't use the N64 sticks... Like at all. Are you trying to say they have notches? They don't, they have 360° movement. The GCN controller technically also has the notches, and it's still great.
Also, the circle pad isn't made for more demanding games which need precise or quick control inputs. It exists so the 3ds can have the clamshell design. I'm not saying the joycon analogue sticks are great, but the circle pad would not be an upgrade.
Last I checked there were no joycons with C-sticks. Plot twist, dpads with seperate buttons are better.

I have currently gone through 3 pairs of Joy-Cons in a few months.
1st pair (which came with the Switch): R button didn’t work (I’m not joking).
2nd pair: Drift
3rd pair: This is the current pair I am using. No issues yet.
I’m shocked that my joy cons still work.. I’ve dropped my switch at least 5 times already. Thank god I have a screen protector on it

*incoming rant about Switch controllers*
I will say however, that I've been through 3 Joy-Cons. You might be like "How? They come in pairs." Well it's mainly been the LEFT JOYCON. My first left Joy-Con, which was blue, mysteriously died out. No big deal, buy a new gray one while shopping for a game for your cousin that will never play due to being stuck and not able to get past the first boss, and throw out the blue Joy-Con. The gray one... also drifted. WHAT EVEN. And my one right Joy-Con? When I played Let's Go, Pikachu! it was DRIFTING TOO. HOW? And the fact that Nintendo decided to put the worst screws on the thing is shameful, it's designed so that it makes it harder to repair yourself so that you'll go to Nintendo, who 1. Can't guarantee you'll get your own controllers back and 2. Only works for a little while, like a few weeks or months. Pro Controllers for the win! However, one of my Pro Controllers drift now. FOR NO REASON. Most likely the stick being defective, as since Pro Controllers don't really drift, they would either have to be well used or have a defective analog stick. And shame on Nintendo, or deciding this isn't an actual problem until they get sued for it. Makes me want to sue them, though I don't want to because I might lose it and I don't have a lawyer. So, my decision is on Pro Controllers now, it's fine if you like Joy-Cons, but my opinion on Joy-Cons is justified.
Again, I'm totally fine if you like Joy-Cons. Enjoy your holiday!
Yeah, all of my joy-cons have some aspect broken: SR and SL buttons, broken shell meaning no ZR buttons,
But, the plague in all of them, stick drift.
Only the Gray minus one is fine.
I bought a 20 bucks off brand pro controller and it has worked with no issues for over a year as of now, whereas 80 bucks joycons started drifting like 3 months in

"There's a new mexico!?" Joke killed me. Also just that comment about the Fortnite Switch, I never really considered how awkward of a "bundle" that is once it merely crossed that threshold of the game being everywhere.
As for drift, that is literally what I did for the issue. Buy a pro controller. It still needs to be fixed, and I will not relent that even newer consoles from Sony are now pulling this garbage on THE controller. Still for the Switch's condition, I'm not waking up every day in a nervous sweat about playing my game with faulty hardware, my pro controller works fine in every regard.... except ironically the USB port. Its like it just stopped working after a month, so funnily enough I'm recharging that thing on my PS4's rest mode while playing the Switch.
This is extremely well done, enjoyed about 99.2% of all the frames in this video

The fix to drift is to go to the store buy a new pair, switch them out with the old ones, then return it.

Great writing, editing, cinematography, and background music throughout the entire video.
Although personally, this is the exact type of video I’m trying to avoid on my own channel since I want everything to be my own. What I noticed about this video in particular was that almost every line and act was a copy of Scott the Woz; The acting/delivery, editing, characters, and even the songs were a little more than coincidentally similar to Scott the Woz. Though please don’t take that as me disliking anything about this though, it’s rather impressive to fully imitate Scott like you’ve done.
I’ll be watching more of you in the future, maybe it’ll help inspire me to make videos again.
(Yeah ik this is kinda corny) But I just wanted to point this out to let you know that you should be yourself man, make your own form of content style and be proud of who you are.
