He looks at four fundamental parts - the buddhi or intellect, the ahankara or identity, the manas or memory and chitta, which is pure intelligence. How to make our ahankar consciously ?
The brain is not only about the mind and/or intellect. The body is very much represented there also. In fact, the common misconception, that we use only 10% of our brains derives - at least partially - from that. We use a lot more than 10%, but not the whole brain is there for the cognitive functions only. Just saying:) I dig Sadhguru though:)
Like you, these people only believe that they know. Believing you know something is not really knowing. Admitting that you know nothing will lead to a freedom like you have never experienced.

The complication of words and numbers that only exist in one's perception here to use.
Compartments are what we make in the chasm of infinite possibilities created within those compartments of which we refer to as mind. Complicating the complicated matter of focusing on those numbers of minds is its infinite maze you can not leave by its disection of its percievance of its complication.
You are home always here in its energy of expression be careful what you let in to mind for multiplication.
I only know my existence my perception my reality because it is what I make of it. All other aspects do the same. You are one as an aspect of the whole existence so is all else....being the same in experience of it all too.
