Sadhguru said here that there are 5 major points of receptivity in your mind :-
    1) Centres of memory.
    2) Centres of imagination.
    3) Centres of right perception.
    4) Centres of perversion.
    5) Centres of sleep.
If you practice traditional yoga, these 5 centres will be completely separate. If they are not separate, they mix up and interfere with each other, causing confusion and inefficiency of life, which means less enthusiasm or ability to explore dimensions.
He said he has 12 to 14 tracks (things) running in his mind all the time. Human intelligence is not just intellect (thinking). All the vast intelligence needed to create your body and life is inside you. You can access (use) it.
Never, ever form an opinion about anything. That way you are always an active intelligence. Then you are looking at things just the way they are. Being opinionated means an impression of the past is overriding (blocking) the reality of what is there right now.

    • @jhat2014

Both things are true. Words cannot express the truth completely and accurately in a way that satisfies all points of view. The point of view that the brain can only do one thing at a time is not as "complete" an idea as it sounds. The studies have a very limited scope, and they are using a very limited understanding of human consciousness, and their vocabulary is simply different from ours here. The focal point of conscious awareness can only be in one place at a time. This is a truth that Sadghuru does not dispute, and is the truth that the scientists are discovering. Awareness is much broader, and brain-functioning is much broader. But the feeling of individuality that most westerners have (the feeling of CONTROL) is what is shaping the scientists language. They say "you" can only do one thing at a time, because most people identify with whatever happens to be in their conscious awareness at the time. When their focus is on food, they identify as a "self," "in-control," "eating food". The brain may be doing other work, such as composing poetry, but the scientists would not use the same language to describe that background process. They would not say that "you" are doing it. This reveals how the science community still does not have a definition for "you" or "self"

NAMASKARAM! I don't know why but this video made me so emotional. He is the most important figure of my life , can't imagin a world without him. He is the only one whose words gives me hope to change my life. i usually don't write this long comment but Sadhguru has really changed my perspective towards this beautiful life. At a point it was hard for me to even get up in the morning thinking that why do we live when eventually everything is mortal , why do we need to go through all this when eventually everything finishes, noone's answer ever satisfied me. Now if you say we live to make others happy and serve humanity ,wouldn't it be better if we never existed, no misery , nothing ? Sadguru's advice of finding the answers ourselves and not believing what someone else says struck really hard and gave a hope that probably someday I'll reach my answers............... At last i feel myself more than lucky to be living in his times. Thankyou for uploading the videos can't be more grateful.

People reduce themselves into a bundle of opinions, which are essentially prejudices about other lives.
The moment you form an opinion about someone or something, you cannot mingle in abandon, and that means you cannot experience anything or anyone but only soak in your own opinions.
Opinions are like cataracts upon the eyes - definitely not for someone who is looking to enhance his perception or vision.

We have Sri Garikipati Narasimha Rao garu in Telugu states( from Andhra pradesh, settled at Hyderabad, Telangana...But He belongs to entire India as a renowned Poet, pravachanakartha, scholar, AND MAHASAHASRAVADHANI ..means he conducted more than one Sahasravadhanam.......Sri Garikipati is very popular....There are lakhs of admirers all over the globe.I think Sri Garikipati is the only Mahasahasravadhani in India( of course no other country has this talent,I think) and another Sahasravadhani to mention is Sri Madugula Naga Phani Sharma garu who is also from Telugu states....I have to mention two other stalwarts as pravachanakarthas having huge number of admirers are Sri Chaganti koteswara Rao garu and Sri Samavedam Shanmukhi Sharma garu...All these people have tremendous remembering power....
I thank Sadguru for letting us know many things in detail....

It’s amazing you mentioned about Shrimad Rajchandra or Raichand bhai. So little is known and the world should know about him. Born in the late 18 century he was the guru of Mahatma Gandhi a person of immense stature. Yes he could do satavadhan(100) but he also recalled his last 900 lives. A proof that your memory is not just connected to your current life, the recollection is in your soul or aatma which is why anyone with the right state can recall all their past memories from this and past lives. He recalled how he was the last disciple of lord mahavir and translated all his books written in magadhi to mordern day Gujarati. He possessed 4 out of 5 gyaans, which is mati, shrut, avadhi (see 100s of kilometers away and telling what is happening), manaparyay(what is going on in other persons mind) and lagbhag or almost keval gyan which means the last stage of life after which one becomes omniscient and will attain moksh. He completely his whole education in 2 years at the age of 9 and left his body at a young age of 33. All of this only 100 year back well documents with living examples a fact that India is a country indeed of rich culture and all we need to do is explore. I have been reading about him and cannot even explain how it changes your life. Wish sadguru also covers more about him.
