Since my childhood I thought when my Mom said that this body is composed of five elements, when she said " Aakash" I always thought and asked her.. Today I was in a meditative state of stillness from 1to 2 hours. I'm amazed. When I went outside I heard a tremendous amount of birds chirping and singing. I've never heard anything like it before. I'm 72 years old. This was a new experience for me. I said, "Hallelujah, hallelujah". Meditation...stillness...oneness...awesomeness.🤗

I am an advanced meditator but not yet enlightened , I am exploring akash from 1 year , you can actually talk to other person anywhere in the universe through akash. My friend who is senior in meditation , we don't use phone we talk through akash, its not talk in the sense of words but through subtle vibrations that you can pick up from disturbances created in akash , if you know how to pick those vibrations and decipher it you can deliver messages to anyone anytime anywhere. When I tried to connect with sadhguru it blow my head , he is so active in akash , he is a giant , and adiyogi is even bigger there in akash. sadhguru is helping me in lot of ways , this is the reason he is telling in sadhguru app to connect with him at 630 evening , he means to connect through akash. Laxman deep I just tapped your akshic body hope you could decipher it . If you want to explore please drop your nonsense and completely put trust on sadhguru he will help you through akash. But you have to drop everything no plan B . Only when sadhguru is more important than yourself he can help

After one-and-a- half to two hours, you will be hungry, and that is the best way to be. Just because the stomach is empty, you do not have to put food. Just drink water and you will stay alert and energetic throughout the day. Your system will learn to use the food you have eaten well, rather than simply wasting it.

These are categorized according to level of inertia that acts upon body when u consume it !!
So to maintain the balance physically n mentally...
You need to take care of 3 states that are actively-on in your body
1)solid
2)liquid
3)gas
Part 3:
If there is no stability, The disproportions may contribute to the variety of ailments considering the nature of your system !!
So if you balance and maintain the 3 divisions , the system works at ease without friction or inertia !!
And constitute you to the health n spiritual harmony

I love that Sadhguru speaks about akash through touch. I've been fortunate enough to travel. When I visit a historic place, I find the best way to experience it is to get away from the herds of tourists, find myself to a quiet area, touch a surface and just be in the moment, to feel and experience, what is I'm touching, the history that has taken place at that location. The fact that whether it was rail lines built in the 1800s or a citadel from the 1600s, this is how I experience history.
