Ever wondered why some people seem to breeze through life while others struggle? Sadhguru tells us about akashik intelligence, and gives us a process to bring this larger intelligence into our live.
Modern science is beginning to recognize that there is something called Akashic intelligence. That is, empty space has a certain intelligence. How this Akashic intelligence behaves with you - whether this intelligence works for you or against you - will determine the nature of your life. Whether you are a blessed being or one who is going to be knocked around for the rest of your life simply depends on your ability - either consciously or unconsciously - to be able to get the cooperation of this larger intelligence which is functioning.
If you know how to get the cooperation of akash into your life, this will be a blessed life. One simple process you can do for this is,
after sunrise, before the sun crosses an angle of thirty degrees, look up at the sky once and bow down to akash for holding you in place today.
After the sun crosses thirty degrees, sometime during the day - anytime - look up and bow down again.
After the sun sets, once again look up and bow down, not to some god up there, just to the empty space for holding you in place for today. Just do this. Life will change dramatically.
Do this process consciously three times a day. If you get cooperation from akash, life will happen in magical ways. An intelligence that you have never thought possible will become yours.

I do it everyday; it's been for a month. I think everything is a matter of surrender, the bowing down. Just surrender to the element of Akaash with gratitude.

I look up in the sky , and I say thank you Lord, I am closer than I thought(tears in my eyes)
This truly changed my life. I was one of those people he mentioned who were hammered around Non-Stop by life. Now the more I do this, things seem to break my way pretty regularly now, and when they don't there's a good reason and that eventually ends up being for me also. This change happened very fast for me but I also did it a lot more often than he recommended; every time it occurred to me, I did / do it

@dharmenderdixit1936 no specific time, just whenever it popped into my head I find a piece of sky, bow and say "aum namah akash" . He does recommend doing it at certain times of the day when the sun is in certain positions but I know myself and I would forget to do I so I do it whenever it pops in my head or whenever something happens in my favor and I end up doing it a lot more than the 3 times per day he recommend

Is it necessary to be outside to bow to Maya/Akashic in the morning, day, after sunset? I like how Sadhguru has very practical things to do...

Eating 24 mouthfuls, chewing 24 times between swallowing. Drink water that has been in a copper vessel for 24 hours. As you walk, count the things you see. Point your bed to the East in the Northern hemisphere, and that as you fall asleep, you're supposed to repeat the mantra: I am not my body ; I am not my mind.

Same here. Everything you mentioned is exactly my skills. It makes you wonder if you're some sort of highly special being. I've tried to see if my family members to do the same with the stars and after many attempts, they just somehow can't do it when it is SO easy and simply for me.

There are 360 degrees in a circle. The earth rotates once in about 24 hours with respect to the sun ( commonly accepted but actually 23 hrs 53 minutes ).....so 360/24 = 15 ie. 15 degrees in 1 hour. Then in 2 hours 2×15 degrees ie. 30 degrees. Hence conditionally just at the end of 2 hours after sunrise angle of elevation of the sun from ones location on the earth will be 30 degrees.

The sun curves through the sky from the East horizon to the West horizon. If you think of the East horizon as a 0 degree angle, and the sky directly above you as 90 degree angle, then 30 degrees is when the sun has risen one third of the way between those two points. Not sure if you still needed this explained. But if so I hope that helps.

At what tym does sun crosses 30° Angle in morning?
360 degrees(full rotation of earth) ÷ 24 hours(a day) = 15 degrees per hour
Therefore
30 degree will be 2 hours from Sunrise at your place....
