    I made a promise to someone I love dearly that I will quit alcohol, permanently, it's been 2 weeks. Usually by now I would have caved, but I've been listening to ALOT of sadhguru content. I feel much more clear minded, I even found myself smiling out of nowhere yesterday.

Simply meaning, phrases from the bible and many form of bible you can compare bible quotes from Philosophy quotes. I did not make this up...the Professor had taught through the whole course. I got it at that moment! Unfortunately, religion does divide the world contraire to Philosophy keeps its simple and rounded. Meaning no division/borders.

Perhaps that was both his jobs, I wasn't there. He was certainly being impatient and not allowing the one he was interviewing to make their point. When interviewing someone like Sadhguru you are not going to rush them. Westerners are always on the clock, always focused on some goal, always trying to get somewhere other than where they are.

      I’ve only ever giggled like that when I’ve felt genuine joy. He’s obviously not faking his light heartedness for external motives. He promotes only life giving and even backs scriptural truths. He’s walking a narrow path, and those on the wide-jest a jeer.

    • @highvibefreqzshow5967
      @highvibefreqzshow5967 Před 2 lety

      Probably what Sadhguru thought about the interpretations, "How cute is this?" There was no anger at all in those giggles, just understanding, total acceptance, no judgments, no frustrations, he wasn't offended at all. Sadhguru even said, "We got of track there a bit." He said "We" not accusing the man of anything. Many in these comments on this video were completely oblivious to that while they judge the interviewer and are behaving as if they are defending Sadhguru but Sadhguru didn't need to defend himself, and so he doesn't need them coming to his defense. They are not really defending him as much as they are defending their own morals and values. If they were consciously aware of what they were doing they wouldn't be doing it.
      "Father forgive them for they know not what they do."
      It seems Sadhguru not only understands the wisdom of such an expression but he embodies it.

    In Hungarian anger means poison. We have the same word for both phenomenon (7:13). The Hungarian language did not only teach me this, but many other things. However, the root of poison and anger is "measurement." So, anger is the result of measurement, when you are mentally weighing something, but something goes wrong. ☹️

      Well... You must be aware THAT ALL DEPENDS from the point of view. From the PATH you are on... you are going... We are all on different paths. And, understanding comes from the most mysterious sources. I am aware that Sadhguru didn't think up that wisdom ...but, in the same way, he IS a channel through which I comprehend that information..wisdom. Something awakened in me after hearing that sentence... So, put away your criticism. We all have our teachers. And, our free will is to accept or not what they are teaching. We all have our point of understanding. Cheers!

      Belief gives you (false) confidence without clarity, because all beliefs are limited and therefore IRRATIONAL by definition. Rational Truth can only be experienced. But it CAN be described a lot more accurately than the descriptions most people are aware of. (I wrote a book on the subject entitled "THE HOLY GRAIL IS FOUND.") And concerning the topic of this video:: Anger is always UNFORGIVENESS that the ego's will isn't done - and UNBELIEF that God's Will IS done! Always, without exception. The title caught me. I started saying a few years ago that if you knew the entire story or if you had all the information about any situation or thing that makes you angry you would cease to be angry. And that your anger is an indication of your lack of information and lack of understanding. Also, I find being angry so physically upsetting and uncomfortable that I started to control my expressions when angry, seeing that expressing anger openly ALWAYS fed the emotion. and without fail every time I chose to remind myself that anger is ALWAYS a manifestation of ignorance, and i chose not to let it express the situation deflates, the outcome is more peaceful and reconcilable 100% of the time than if o had let the anger out.

      We women have the rights we have now not by sitting quietly and expect men to give it to us freely. Women from the past died and through anger did we get the right to own property and voting rights, being able to work and a number of rights to which we take for granted. It was through anger why revolutions occur. Did you think the monarchy in France just gave away rights to the people? No the people through anger killed the royals and liberated a nation. I understand what this guru says, but he forgets that anger helped many nations gain their independence. It is through unjust cause that anger is deadly, but when used productively it can be quite an asset.

    For the first time in my life I have experienced the tears of ecstasy in which he often speaks of. The first 30 seconds of this video... I can't even understand what he is saying but I couldn't control myself. I cried like when I was a small child but not ever like this. It was tears in a surge of emotion. Almost a memory in my DNA of something in the most profound and good way possible if that can even make sense to anyone who would reads these words.. It's like I didn't need to know the language or the meaning of these words in order to KNOW that there is something powerful within that 30 seconds. Perhaps even a type of technology as he would put it. Especially at the end...
    Thank you Sadhguru 🙏🙏🙏✨

The lesson I got from remembering that I'm stupid when I'm angry allowed me to question the anger instead of agreeing with it because I dont want to be stupid. Slowing the anger with questions allowed me to become more aware and considerate of the situation with a calm mind.

    Planting trees is the easiest thing we can do to change the world! I should know, I spent my summer right before College planting trees for a greenhouse and was offered a permanent job (which looking back wish I would taken because of the difference I may have been able to make without student debt). I did pass on to my son the same appreciation for the world and he has personally planted and maintained two separate trees that are both full grown and providing oxygen. Green is good when it comes to our planet. The Celestine Prophecy is the first book to help me realize how connected we all are.

      Have you never managed to calm yourself down with anything other than breathing?

What struck me is, we, I mean none of us is interested in learning, we are just looking for some re-inforcement of what we already know. If the speaker aligns with that, then he's good, otherwise bs. Though I don't know if this is good or useless or what, what I do know is, we all are looking for readymade answers for all our life's problems... And that is next to impossible.. that is for us to figure out.. these are guidelines
