It's masterpiece movie but ending still make me confused! I literally want hans meet with oskar & they can end up together!! free from prison!! & I adore relationship between hans & Viktor it's pure & true! I luv this movie!! Oskar every moment with hans is my fav !
Where can I watch/stream Great Freedom. I’ve searched everywhere. It was reviewed in the NYT today but zero information about where to watch it.
I believe it's only in theaters now. It looks like it will stream on MUBI on May 6. :)

@@reddaughton3315 I’m sorry to be bothersome but I’ve never heard of Mubi. Is this a service you purchase like Netflix? I really have been trying to find this info on my own but keep running into deadends - and this movie looks so important.
@@DoctorJoanieTool Mubi is an art house monthly subscription internet streaming service. Not cheap but the films are good (and not the type usually aimed at the Cineworld mass markets audiences)
This film is so fantastic. If you ever see the other gay love, prison film called, Gefangen (Locked Up)(2004), you'll realize they stole the ending scene.
