Use carob powder. Might be lightly roasted, but much better for you than cacao (aka crackao).

Why does the smasher (roundish) part of your inner machine look like it has discoloration or food stuck in the little divits? Mine is shiny and black all over after it is cleaned.

There's no way I can eat that much sorbet in a bowl like that to me that's too much but it looks fruity & delicious can't wait to try it in my Nam2 too bad I would have to buy the attachment so I'll use my other Nama to make my sorbet. Nama should've added the sorbet attachment with the Nama2 like they did with the original.

No jackfruit in my area.
Dragon fruit has not a great flavour as mangoes have but it has an interesting texture, and perhaps combined with mango it gains a lot. Anyway, the whole Ice cream seems very tasty. It's a must-try.

Instead of complaining maybe support your fave CZcamsrs, this is how they make a living from doing CZcams. She only promotes what she actually loves and uses herself.
All the high sugar contents in those juices. It's not going to help people with diabetes...

Fruit sugar is different from refined sugar though. Our body metabolizes it different as well.
Although you’re right if you have a medical condition like diabetes you would have to be super careful and monitor intake with the guidance from a nutritionist/specialist.
