Hi Good Day, just came across Nama J2 Juicer, it is nice one. Can this be used for commercial juicing purpose? Please let me know. And, for how many hours the juicer can be used/operated continously?
Hello! Thank you for your interest! If juicing for a longer period of time, we recommend letting the juicer rest for a few minutes after 20 minutes of use. You can run the juicer for a maximum of 1 hour, and we suggest cleaning out the juicer immediately after use. Hope this helps! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team at support@namawell.com! 💚
Hi there! We recommend that you add one piece of lightly-thawed frozen ingredients at a time to the hole in the top of the hopper while the juicer is turned on to yield the best results! If the hopper is loaded with frozen ingredients all at once, the juicer will be prone to jams and you may damage parts of the juicer. Hope this helps!
I just tried using mine. It just keep mashing the frozen pieces of pineapple slices but won't shoot out of the pulp end. I need up scooping out my sorbet from inside the spinner and the hopper. 😢
Hi there! We do not recommend using ice cubes with the sorbet attachment, as this may cause a jam and could potentially damage the machine. Please don't hesitate to reach out directly if you have any further questions, we're here to help!
Hi, is it necessary to take out the pulp outlet gasket out to make sorbet? I am asking because the first time I did sorbet I didn't take it out, but today I made sorbet with some frozen blackberries, mango and strawberries, and after a while the sorbet wasn't coming out of the juicer, it was stuck with sorbet, I think it was the blackberries seeds that were stuck. But after I took out the gasket the sorbet started to come out again. Did I do well? Or I should never take out the gasket? Thank you very much
Hi there! We do recommend to keep the pulp outlet gasket in place when creating sorbet. This should not affect the quality of sorbet or cause any potential clogging. Sometimes when making sorbet, if the fruits become too thawed, they can become very soft and potentially clog in the pulp outlet. To avoid potential clogging, we do recommend thawing frozen fruit for 5 minutes and dropping the pieces individually in the hopper. If you do ever find you have any issues with clogging while making sorbet, please feel free to remove the pulp outlet gasket and clear the pulp outlet before continuing. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly at support@namawell.com so we can offer you the best assistance, we're here to help 💚

The first time I did this, it worked great. Not so for round 2. No error messages just spinning and nothing came put the pulp side. I ended up just scraping the frozen fruit out and ate if have blended half not. There was nothing in the guide for troubleshooting.

If the hopper is loaded with frozen ingredients all at once, the juicer will be prone to jams and you may damage parts of the juicer. We suggest taking the frozen ingredients out to thaw before adding them to the juicer-usually about 3-5 minutes is the sweet spot. If the ingredients are too frozen, it can cause the juicer to jam or damage parts of the juicer. We also love adding pieces of frozen greek or non-dairy yogurt to the juicer with other frozen ingredients to give the sorbet a creamy texture! Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions!

Hello, is it bad that I load up the juicer with frozen fruit? I don't drop each fruit at a time.

@@Namawell thank you for your answer, I'm not going to let the fruits defrost too much and I will see how it goes, especially with the blackberries.
