We have bigger avocado than that here in Jamaica. So happy for you. My Husband recently developed diabetes and we're using only natural herbs and fruits to get him back to shape and he's 67yrs. He don't have any lifestyle illnesses he just developed it and in Jesus name he's going to be free from it🙏

As a little Caribbean girl, I loved and still love my fruits, but there are some I didn't like or eat much of. The fruit you showed @ 8:15 was Sapote(I knew it as naseberry or neeseberry, which is really Sapodilla), they are from the same family. I didn't eat it much nor did I eat jackfruit much. Now I wish I was surrounded by all those trees of goodness to enjoy. I've seen really big avocadoes but that one is bigger than I've ever seen. Watching your channel brings back my childhood memories, a longing for home, and an appreciation of where I'm from.

" I do freeze mine " I do feel it still better than the ones you buy in store. I have to do it because I live far way from the store. For me the fruit an vegetables goes bad fast. Thank you
I thought being fully raw would be easy, but it isn't. There is still alot of time required to wash and prep the produce, as well as clean up afterwards. Juicing and freezing in advance makes it doable.
