- Today we take a look at Pukka Pies in Syston, Leicestershire.
The security guard was familiar with our work but the Boss wasn't, so refused us access and asked us to stop filming.
Then we found the dreaded public footpath which runs straight through the middle of the site.
It then ends with the security man telling us about the company and wishing us well.

The security gentlemen is in fact a real gent and handled the encounter perfectly! I would try those pies just on his recommendation. Pukka pies give that man employee of the month award with v.i.p. parking spot 👍🇨🇦
He emailed me recently to let me know that people have been sending him gifts and vouchers to show their appreciation of his professionalism. CZcams is amazing ❤️❤️❤️

It appears to be an Indian company (pukka is an Indian word. He looked and spoke like an educated, well-informed manager who jumped in to rescue something from the utter PR disaster that was rapidly unfolding.
To be fair that Security Guard was a real top bloke ! Saved the Pukka reputation!

Its not as simple as that i imagine there are a load of people above him and he has to cover himself you have to run so much bullshit through the "correct channels with big companies he would have probably had to get the ok from marketing etc etc.
He didn’t really. If you don’t know what auding is, it’s a very natural reaction, you can say that when he understands and his tune doesn’t change though
Hope Pukka see this vid and give the security chap a cheeky bonus. He made them look good.
And demote the boss as he was an obnoxious twerp who didn't see a free marketing opportunity even it was staring at in the face. The security guard did a great job at promoting the company.

@@doctorunlocked1735 we used the auto blur tool provided by CZcams. They give you 1 face of each person in the video and you select the person you want them to blur. At least we did our bit to keep the video online. I see exactly what you mean though 👍

He was a really nice security guard. He should be doing sales and marketing for Pukka Pies, he spoke so well about them, with knowledge and charm.

He wasnt very nice , obviously a ceo or director type judging on the cost of those porsches and the plate , I usually buy 2 pukka pies every week , time to change that me thinks , not a good look treating people who ask polite questions like you have some hidden agenda . It seems with money also comes a bad attitude .....big shout out to the security guy , he was awesome, hes gotta be the most helpful polite security man I've ever seen on auditing videos , he deserves a mr nice guy trophy.....people like that are a blessing

If that lad was a C E Oof Pukka, he would not be driving that car. He'd have a driver and a pilot. He's a higher management position. They are as much bird feed as pallet truckers as far as C. E. O's are concerned. To get to the top you need to have psychological tenancies. The lad in the porsche was not one.

Another great example of a missed opportunity by a company. A really nice security guard and a complete joke of management, who did nothing but portray Pukka Pies in a bad light.
If he was a decent representative of the company, he would have gone in and brought you out some samples or a bag or a baseball cap or even a pen. Imagine what such a small gesture, for a large company, would have done for their image.
Security guard is the best one i have ever seen. What a great interaction he had. The car man just did not understand and was very worried.
The boss in the Porsche almost blew it with his attitude. Luckily, his lovely and polite elderly security man saved the day. Good on you sir.

Have watched dozens and dozens of your audits. It is the first Security Man that was both calm, polite and friendly , 10 out 10 for the way he handled it and to be honest the previous Commentator JM has a good point , this man should interview for a much better job.
The car parts man was good realy top dollar,, up sheffield way, I,l try n find it for you,, iv now got to work on my own personality, hmmmm, showing kindness, makes our world.a much happier place,

It’s an auto blur function by CZcams. You just select the face and they do it for you. Not very good is it.

This is another great video, it just shows you do not really need bad attitude from security to get views. I thoroughly enjoyed this just as I do their pies and being from Wigan I am an expert on the subject (pies). This security guard deserves promotion he is brilliant.
That "Brand of the Year" award is a con. They buy an entry into a category and if there is more than one entrant in that category, they create a new category to make sure everyone who pays the huge entry fee 'wins' an award, they can't lose.
First impressions count. A thoroughly pleasant security guy that most people would employ front of house. If Pukka pies partake in external promotional events, he is a must to be talking with customers.
