- Food Truck how I converted this an old horse trailer into my very own small buisness. It's been over a year since I began my venture as a small buisness owner and set sail to my very own food truck. spent a lot of mornings putting in work on this old then all of those evening going to my regular job. Great job on the trailer and thank you for the ideas! I am about to convert a 40ft 5th wheel into a smoker trailer by turning the back into a deck keeping 16ft up front enclosed and placing a 500 gallon smoker on the back. Fabricating an extended roof from the front with collapsible side and rear walls. Found the trailer for under $800 already turned into a crawler toy hauler by a hunter.
This is exactly the kind of trailer I’m wanting to remodel for my mobile tee shirt business! Thanks for the inspiration! I will have to hire out for the work however! Don’t really have the tools needed or welding skills etc,

I guess I may have missed something but are you going to do a video of the inside of the trailer once it's up and running as an ice cream truck? I didn't see anything about how you have freezers set up, or ice cream making machines and/or how they're powered, etc. Do you have anything on video about that? Thanks!
