- Here's the Master-Grade 1/100 scale GM Sniper II. This kit is absolutely amazing! Almost nothing I could point out as a negative for this, and everything positive you'd want in a new MG! Definitely recommend trying this on out!

How legit would it be if Bandai hit us with an MG Hygog, Alex 2.0, and 2.0 Kampfur? Just a full set of 0080 MG kits. Won't happen but a boy can dream.

Wow, you must be hyped. MG Alex 2.0 and Bernie's Zaku (1/100 Reborn) are both coming this Summer.
I want a pg gm command colony type.
For the beam saber shield attachment- fold the under arm connector down over the rotating section and out of the way before plugging in the beam sabers. After that you can rotate the underarm connector freely and use it to secure the shield on either arm.
Finally got to paint mine, and it's one of my favorite MG's ever!
Getting this kit along with some others next week and I am pumped!!

Christopher Grisham They still need to make an MG Zaku II FZ Kai first! Then they can make a 2.0 Kampfer and NT-1 (which I desperately love as well).

honestly the first kampher holds up pretty well
All of those thrusters are super gorgeous, I'm definitely going to be picking this kit up.
Will be picking this kit forsure. I also really like that style of MG hands. It's really easy to file the open space in the palms in older MGs to give them better looking hands, instead of the 3 finger and index finger combo that comes stock.
i like how some of the master grade kits like the newer ver 2.0/3.0 have more details and then there's the more simplistic master grades that are like blank slates for customizations. this variety gives you options for oob or creativity in gunpla modeling :)
can't wait to get a hold of this kit for myself, always loved the GMs

Hi, i just bought a HG- Wing Zero xxxg-01w from 1995 yesterday. Is this a good starter? I'm new to this.
Its pretty good just for starting off, but I also reccomend getting a newer kit as well

It's everything I wanted in a GM sniper. Fingers crossed we get a Pale Rider as a standard release. Great review Zack!
Such a huge improvement from the HGUC, which was a good kit as it was. Definitely picking this one up.
I'm so damn glad I finally got myself one of these, it's easily one of the better kits I've put together. The only little gripe I have with it is, the open and closed hands are loose as shit on mine, thank god a bit of paint will fix that.

I love the more realistically styled suits and grunt suits. This is a must have.
The high Grade version of this was the first Gunpla I ever made. Think its time i come full circle and get this one to it looks awesome and higher quality.
This was my first GM kit, and I am simply adoring it.

Good to see you like it, now I really can't wait for mine to show up! :D You didn't show it in the prone pose though! Definitely my favourite pose for this kit, followed by the crouched behind the shield one.

Well now I think I know which MG kit to come back to. It's been years since I last built one.
I like the Kampfer design.
With the shield kickstand ur supposed to have it in a crouch and have the rifle resting in the notch at the top. :D IS a neat pose to do.
I actually really want the White Dingo version, like the colors better and the weapons, i prefer the og gm sniper...sniper. Ill just have to see if im willing to spend extra on it.
Sono- I already know I'm shelling out for the White Dingo version, I've wanted an MG of that version since playing Rise From The Ashes back in 2000.
Amazing kit and love your reviews/content. Subbed after the beginner tutorials came out, they were a huuuge help. Also, not trying to be a douche, it just seems like you were looking for the correct term, the ammo containers are called magazines. Can't wait for the next video.

Just wondering if you had any problems with the forearms being a little wiggly, so much that sometimes it stops the arm from fully extending. Thanks!
Just a tip, you can call the 'thing' the ammo magazine :D And the shield technically can act as a support to stabilise the beam rifle...

I agree, the Kampher is still a good kit despite the age. It could only really get improved with better articulation and hands. Hopefully we can see an Alex 2.0 someday to go along with this, and yes to the Dynames in MG.

Great review! Pretty soon we'll be seeing custom made GM Sniper K9, or Bandai might come out with a STANDARD release for this version of the GM Sniper II... hopefully.
This Gm sniper II is No doubt the #1 MG for me Sinanju stein second, I'm thinking of Painting my GM into Char aznable colors
This is going to be next after i finish my current log. Can't decide between arctic, desert, or jungle camo though....
1 thing that i realize, this kit have elbow separation while the roda ver have knee separation which on the original kit design/illustration on HG was not separated XD
this kit reminds me of doom guy, especially that green visor area. maybe you can make a GM doom guy custom or master chief lol. nice review as always

I recently got the gm command and tried fixing his shoulders because they are super loose I was wondering if I got this will I run into the same problem if I get this kit

I don't mind Bandai releasing a Pale Rider as a Pbandai release. I just want that MS in 1/100! White Dingos are coming and that's another anticipated release for me.
as I mentioned to Charlie 426 this GM Sniper 2 could possibly get either a conversion parts for the K9 version or you could use the GM type C skirt guards that have sits on it to holster the beam guns similar to what the Nemo can do with its pistol, I think you may have reviewed the type C GM so you might know what I'm talking about for a makeover into the K9 type sniper unit, (which might have to be scratch build plus using spare polycaps lying around for joint movement for it would you agree?

Its a full release man. I haven't seen anything that suggests its a P-Bandai.

I'm one of those who consider the lack of detail on an inner frame to be a negative, because I always considered a detailed inner frame to be a feature of the master grades.
Some people just want to show off what's underneath the armor.
That's why they paint that stuff up.

Cool new War in the Pocket kit. Even better than the Kampfer or the Alex. Like everybody says, it's a call for Ver 2.0's for Alex and Kampfer.

Psycho Zaku frame is really just the High Mobility Zaku II 2.0 frame.
striker0 well this frame is a modified gm 2.0 frame. But the modified frame of the psycho zaku lends itself proportionally to the zaku fz wide frame.

ZakuAurelius I really love sniper so maybe i will choose the GM Sniper but I already ordered Kotobukiya M.S.G MW-01,MW-09 and MW-24. Do you think the GM will fit with all of those weapon?

where can you get this in the US? I tried amazon and HLJ, where else has it? Reminds me alot of the MG Nemo, alot of similar things going on design wise, and despite its simplicity and design, another kit i really liked

There is no MG Dynames, only 1/100 No Grade (which is still a really nice kit).

Rick and/or Morty The White Dingo version is P-Bandai only unfortunately. It'll be difficult to get anywhere other than Japan. Some specialty online retailers will have it, from what I've read.

Just got one from usagundamstore.com after restock and it had no decals! Never packaged with kit, not thier fault. Also, don't cut those details off the forearm armor. Terrible place for the connect to runner(I cut one clean off. In my defense its a perfect cut, so smooth lol!)
