2020 was my year spiritual my husband of 24 years didn’t I was called crazy for 2 years then we agreed to disagree. I was hurt deeply I am doing ok I have learned to control my emotions. He thinks sex is love it fixes everything for him but I told him it doesn’t fix our problems. Yep I didn’t realize he was a narcissist till 2 years ago. He blames me for everything. He doesn’t give me the silent treatment anymore cause I turned that on him and he doesn’t like that. Yes he does that thinks I am supposed to keep him happy I told him happiness comes from within he doesn’t think so. Yep never enough in every way. Conditional love not unconditional love as us Empaths. ❤ it is hard or turn your reaction to their bull is the problem when it was them blame shifting. He plays victim always I am to sensitive he thinks.
My father does this often and frequently he makes everything about him he can never do anything wrong he's mr. perfect he's always the victim. He acts as if he's above everyone! He loves gaslighting and playing mind games.
Do u seriously believe that an awakened soul, or "chosen one" as you and many others seem to use, need warning or instructions on how to deal with a narcissist ??
