- I've been going through my wardrobe to find casual outfits for our very changeable summer, without buying any new ones. It's another long vlog but you do get a quiff tutorial and a quick visit to another Sussex town! Get that cuppa and hope you enjoy my witterings.

For the last 5 years I’ve been caring for my husband who had a. Accident in work now in wheelchair I’ve not bothered about myself very much. As long as I look after him. We’re both 60 now. ) I stumbled on your channel and you’ve given me inspiration to take care of myself to I’ve sorted through my wardrobe sorted what I need and bagged up what I don’t. And bought few more clothes, it was my birthday last week. So we went for a meal. First time since January 2020. Our grandson said to me. Nan you look amazing. It’s good to see you back to your old self. So thank you so much for giving me the push I needed. 🙏🏻💛

I’m 55, I was an original raver in late 80s! Whirlygig in Shoreditch and the big parachute wafting thing they did at the end, I went all over the country to illegal raves, had the best time. I love your style and have one of your books 🥰

I have only recently subscribed to your channel. You present a very different take on fashion, health, beauty and a smattering of other topics. Such a refreshing change from the young presenters with perfect wrinkle free skin and a beautiful figure. I can relate much more to your style. Also, I live a very similar lifestyle to you, inasmuch as I usually spend around six months of the year in Australia and six in England. We won’t dwell on what has put the kibosh on that for the time being.

Hello. I just found your video, I think you are great .I am 81 but love fashions and new ideas of how to match things, I will find you videos and have a good look at them. Thank you. I live in a small town out side of Toronto, Ont Canada. I have to go about 25miles to get to the shops., so I just go once in a while. We have been to Poole in Dorset to visit friends, and I think you have the best shops there. Hope to come and visit again soon. By for now. Thanks again. 💝

My clothes rod broke two days ago. I've been putting off going through my clothes as many no longer fit, etc. But now, I'm actually excited to see what outfits I can make out of what DOES still fit me! I don't know why I didn't think of doing this before. I used to do this when I was young, but I guess I've just gotten lackadaisical about my "style" as I've gotten older. THANKS for the kick in the pants! BTW, your cousin looks lovely!

@@AlternativeAgeing Suzi, I was thinking maybe it's an arts centre, but now that you've mentioned it's a picture house I remembered something about it. It was late 2019 and The Irishman had limited release and I think The Depot was one of the few cinemas in the country showing it. In the end I did not go and decided to watch it on Netflix because it was produced by the streaming service. I haven't seen today's vlog yet because I've been to The Pier (Eastbourne), there was a market on the promenade and I fancied a Thai Green Chicken Curry with rice.
