Thanks man I have an 86 intruder with a blown head light and I couldn't figure where the fuse box was. This helped immensely.

    Way easier just to:
Pop off the backrest then pull out the toolkit. Undo the 4 bolts and remove the plastic holder.
This reveals the one bolt you need to remove the back seat.
Once you pull the back seat you will see the two bolts you need to remove to pull the front seat.

Mine is a 2001. It has two bolts on the top of the side covers. I got mine with many parts missing. I'm trying to figure out what supports the lower part of the left one? 😔

At this point he should have removed the fuel tank and showed me the air filter replacement that's what I really needed to see.

Nice to know I'm not the only person with an '85 Intruder 750. :) Thanks for the info on seat and side cover removal. Got anything on how to replace the turn signals?

Great video as always! @stewertmacrae i have a question. Can you give me any information on what would cause my suzuki intruder to miss out and even die. The weird thing is some days it happens and some days it does. When it does happen it only last ten minutes at best
