fitting forward controls to suzuki 800 intruder

I purchased these forward controls from italy, delivery took 12 days and had to pay duty and vat on them so be aware if importing to uk that these can work out expensive. i payed £209 for these and customs charged me £63 for duty and vat plus £12 for delivery fee. instructions are in italian with pictures but have to say not hard to fit. watch the video if you get stuck thanks for watching im sure this will help a few of you. I have a 94 Intruder 800 and it's the sweetest handling bike I've ridden. Water and air cooled and enough power to raise the front wheel off the ground. Buy it...money couldn't buy mine.

I've had my 96 vs800 for 2 years. It weighs about 450lbs wet and handles like a dream. I'm not very good with holding up bikes with my bad knee, but I have no problems at all holding mine up with one leg. Corners like nothing else, but get good tires (no D404 on the rears) as that lip on the edge will send you skidding. If you have the chance to get one, do it. No hesitation

Thinking of adding these to my bike, but don't want to gamble since I can't try them. How do they feel on short rides . Looking to add for long rides but like being able to stand up occasionally on stock pegs.

i like them i dont feel squashed up when riding. but you wont stand up on them lol

I was the same as you Bud,....wanting to have the mid mounts still on,.....What did I find?,.....having both foot positions there just confused me as to where to put my feet so the mids came off,......hd them on 20 plus years now and they are still sweet as to ride,....
