    Nothing is going to change. Hyderabad realestate will stagnate for next 5 years as this is not trs govt to speculate this company that data centre etc. if cbn comes in power in AP, all the investments will goto AP in that case land prices will fall, in and around Hyderabad. Hyderabad realestate will have toughest time ahead.

      🙏 those times cms are uneducated now it is not like that every state is on compitation every state people needs jobs every state works hard to bring companies . If cbn comes bengulure and chennai effects where there is cbn also he only bought Kia expect that what he bought to Andhra 2014-2019 CBN what happened that time .

    Nothing is gonna work....hyderabad's real estate has been paused for the next 5 years 😂 infact NIIMZ land acquisition is going to be stopped because congress leaders do not have land banks in that area. Please stop investing in real estate for the next 4 years. In short, NIIMZ will become another ITIR 😢

      Lol 😂 west and some South are frozen because they hyped alot and now it bursted . 😂 East , North will grow now in good phase rather then last 10 years there is no hype in these it is normal growing as population growing now government is focusing on East zones definately the east North growth will increase and in few years hyderabad will become ah 2nd capital of India . Envinormantal impact will be not there in hyderabad it is in sesmic zone -2 , centre of country , centre of connectivity .

      All areas in Hyderabad are overhyped and overpriced by atleast 30%. View it as the stock market commodity. You don’t invest when there is a visible swell.

    The only promising development i see in the coming years will be only at near by area of Hyderabad Airport till shadnagar. Its organic growth uniformly happening. In fact, near kothur area will be the most safe bet for investment with reasonable investment pricing at present market. Thanks for nice video

      Expect west and some part of South every area will grow in five years . Population growing every year 5 lakhs people comming to hyderabad where will they stay .

    I heard 200square yard one villa cost in kukatpally is 18cr. I’m truly depressed after seeing that belly figure. In world class travel destinations such as Miami, you can get a 5bed villa with private pool for 2 Million dollars. That means around 16.5cr. But 18cr with bombarding traffic, no peacefulness place. That’s how it is hyped in Hyderabad. God, please stop the mouth and wealth from the people who trying to loot money from middle and bellow middle class.

      @@nikhilreddy8744 Amazon invested in that area....that to for Data center, where pollution is major factor...... for data servers. But Gumpu Mastry changed the location for pollution . Amazon is waste compared to Gumpu Mastry on pollution. Amazon already started Data center at MirKhanpet which is center of Pharamacity

    Why the east zone is neglected and no government has thought about it. The Centre had neglected Bibinagar AIIMS for a long time. An RTI query reveals that the Centre allotted only a paltry amount for completion of the medical facility in Bibinagar on flimsy grounds.
    Even MMTS doesn't have direct trains to West zone.

    As you mentioned, these are speculations that the builders ride on to hike the prices. Hyderabad prices are inflated and it's only NRI market.

    Information was good,but implementation may be dought fully by present government.
    Pharma City ... employment generation that to quality employment was removed even after 50% work completion.
    New industrial cordial at Miryalagudem (Hyderabad -Vijaywada Highway Via Miralayagudem)😂😂😂😂😂.
    Its border to AP. It will more benefits to AP then Telangana.
    Free bees implementation will effect budget or governance.
    Another 6 months will watch time for investment. Present CM changes his statements in matter of days

    any comments on the plots in and around kothur lv prasad eye hospital and natco school..... can we hold on to this property for a good sale at around 15000 rs in another 2 or 3 years ?? it is a dtcp layout purchased in 2006 ....need suggestions ...currently i am offered 7800 rs per sq yard....

      Why will you sell at 7800? The price there is already 15K. You should target 25K by 2026.
