Grief: Process of Transition and Initiation

Synchronicities lead the way when we surrender to the process of grief.
Right at the turning point of the darkest, most putrefying part of the most despondent grief process of my life, after the most heart- and gut-wrenching disappointment and most grueling breakup (you get the idea), I really didn't know who I was or why anyone cared. But, even when it felt like everything about this loss was killing me, I was still awake and breathing, so I showed up anyway, gloom, tears, and all. And that's when the magic started to happen.

As part of the project Unlabel-Me, by Jonathan Pillot, members of my team and I were interviewed on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, with the intention of contributing to "unlabeling" death and grief out of being considered taboo, difficult, challenging, dark, unwelcome, tragic human experiences.
