It’s my 30th birthday…and I wish it wasn’t || 5 Life Lessons Learned

I have finally joined the rest of the '93 babies in turning 30, but I'm not actually happy about it being my birthday. I've had this feeling in previous years and I've finally figured out why.
However, I did some reflecting and came up with 5 life lessons that have become important to me over the last few years. I'll be honest, this is the first time (that I can recall) where I consciously sat down and reflected. And I think I'm now a fan.

I love your authenticity Koko. I think being able to honestly reflect on life makes you a real adult. Valuing personal growth reflects a maturity---that only real adults could have. This is how I would reframe it. Your content is quite insightful.
