I did a acd surgery to replace a disc in my c/spine in 2017 since then I can't walk nearly moving around with a cane my hips are locked causing me pain both in my hips and lower back I think sciatica nerve in my left hip is compressing I'm totally distrought I'm always weak in my lower extremities and have very poor balance I need your help please
