    Sir 200 saal purani tenency hai jiska attic floor raasta ghar ke under se hai aur land lord bina puche kisi aur ko tenancy right bina puche bechta hai inlegel toh ushka kanoon mei kaunsa act lagta hai

    Without mechanism if owner cooperative sangh sdm कोर्ट सहकारिता आयुक्त के माध्यम से जाकर property पर कब्जा कर लिया हैं तो कैसे वापिस लिया जा सकता है l चूंकि इस केस में agreement का नवीनीकरण नहीं हुआ जबकि दोनों पक्ष पहले कमेटी में जायेगा एसी शर्त संविदा में लिखी गई है

    Sir ji mera onar agreement banakar laya hai but mujhe usme kuch add karna hai reh gaya hai jo mujhe likhna tha woh onar ne likhaaya nahi agreement main toh mujjhe yeh bataiye ki kya ab agreement dusra banaya ja sakta hai kya kyuki abhi maine usme koi sign nahi kiya aur mere onar ne bhi abhi sighn nahi kiye h toh yeh dubara banaya ja sakta h

    Ye kesa kanoon hai ki kirayedaar makaan khali karne se mana kar deta hai or makaan Malik usse apna makaan khali nahi kara sakta simple sa tarika hai makaan Malik 100 no. Par call kare aur police akar kirayedaar ko likhat 1 mahine ka time de ek mahine ke ander makaan khali karna hoga law hi galat bana hua hai jisse ye problem aati hai.

    जब हम इस प्रकार (लीज) की कोई प्रोपर्टी कंपनी के नाम पर लेते है। ओर आगे चल कर प्रोपराइटर या डारेक्ट बदल जाते है। तो क्या वह प्रोपर्टी का लीज होल्डर भी बदल जाता है?

    सर नमस्कार
    यदि किरायानामा में यह बात मेंशन किया गया हो कि दोनों पार्टी के बीच में जो सहमति बनी है उत्तराधिकारी ऊपर भी लागू होगी । दो से अधिक पदाधिकारी हो और इस बात का कोई पता ना हो तो क्या वे एग्रीमेंट को मानने पर विवश होंगे।

    My Tennant is not staying in the property for last 6 years and now a unknown person is claiming he is the care taker of the tennant. We have filed e report in local police station but they are saying we need to allow him in our house and they are not even give us the photocopy of that paper which he has shown in the local police station. Is there any law that Tennant can appoint a person as care taker without the consent of landlord and we have to allow them to stay in my property. Please help

      @@movvamanish1467 No still we are getting suffered with the problem. Contacted local councilor and police but still not getting any help from anybody

      @@rajibbiswas5563 even i am facing the same problem but my tenant went to his state by leaving his belongings in my house and his care takers are leaving today.i don't know what to do with his belongings??

      @@mdf345 yeah the case is solved I forcefully vacated them without taking my rent for 5 months.i lost my rent but got peace happy for it.

    agr kiraye ka flat liya h koi b khrcha hota jaise wtr tank mptr kharaab ho gaya ya koi switch kharaab ho gaya ya mujhse bolte hain mere flat ke seedhi ko grill ko saaf karo to kya kirayedaar ki zimmedari h aisa kharcha uthhana bataye

    Agar koie agreement nhi hai or vo 14 sal se reh rha hai to kitna tim lag sakta hai
