The clutch is a disc in your motorcycle that is able to connect and disconnect engine torque from the transmission. This connect and disconnect is what can make smooth riding possible. Just like anything on a motorcycle, the clutch can be susceptible to premature wear and even failure. Shifting gears without using the clutch is bad for the internal components on a motorcycle. Although clutchless shifting is possible, it could damage the transmission and/or cause premature wear on the clutch and should only be done during emergencies.

The transmission, for instance, is one of the most important components on a motorcycle. It’s how we get power out of the engine and out to the wheels. The transmission is made up of gears and rings. As the motorcycle upshifts or downshifts, new gear ratios are selected, and synchro gears inside the transmission move to help provide an efficient transfer of power.
With power being output by the engine and input to the transmission, there needs to be a way to connect the output and the input in a way that doesn’t load the engine excessively or transmission too abruptly. The clutch is the middle man that makes shifting possible.
Placed between the output of the crank and input of the transmission, the clutch is a large flat plate that is made up of various different kinds of friction materials. Its goal is to allow the torque that is being output to mesh and smoothly transfer to the any output ratios.
Because the clutch is sort of the middle man in this order of operations, it’s made of a material that will wear down. This means that excessive wear will be placed on the clutch, and not the gears of the transmission where the wear was intended.

Slipper clutch basically racing DNA wali manufacturing company hi provide karti hai jaise duke390 hai.
Uskta kam yehi hai ki jab gear downshift ho rha hai to wheel speed aur engine speed ko mechanically maintain karna
Jaise ki manlo ns200 aap agar 80 ki speed pe 3rd se 2nd pe shift karoge to bike jhatka deki aur engine rpm suddenly high ho jayegii aur wo high rpm yesa bhi ho sakta hai ki engine limit se jyada ho jaye to bike ki internal components seriously damage ho sakta hai jaise compression engine ki kharab ho jana ya to timing chain tearup ho jana.
Slipper clutch high end racing bike me provide kiya hota hai q ki wo bike downshift bahut jyada hoti hai cornering me engine braking ki Wajah se to engine rpm ki koi dikkat na ho
Clutch Apne aap manage kar de wheel speed aut engine speed ko jaise rider ko jhatka bhi na lage aut bike smoothly cornering kar sake 🙂

Sir ye jo Technic hoti hai me last 6 years se use karta arha hu par dikkat hoti hai high rpm pe slight sa Jerk ati hai bas 6-7k rpm tak smooth chalti hai 11-12 pe jerk ati hai.
Par sir usme clutch assembly ya phir clutch plates ki koi dikkat nhi ati hai 100% practically proved hai sir q ki jaha clutch engage hi nhi ho rha woha clutch damage kaise ho sakta hai. Par 5 gears wale bike ki utna jankari nhi hai .
