    If you’re ever in this situation and don’t know all the specific rules, just don’t make any wide movements, take small, delicate mouthfuls, and make sure your mouth is always clean. Even if you miss something like use the wrong utensil or scoop the wrong way, people will still appreciate you making an effort to act appropriately.

    Also, use care in reaching for glasses, no banging/clanging. When toasting, it's done very gently, a soft touch to each glass.

    Thank God i am Indian and i use my hands for eating and prefer fresh and home cooked food, yes no doubt every region has it's own geography and culture but ayurveda suits and fits in all conditions
