    The SPICE in this class! 🔥 It definitely took me by surprise when I saw the sweat dripping down my arms after the initial plank pose series. Always love the 35-45 minute classes.

    Kaylie I loved this class as much as the other beginner level classes (and I loved that you kept background music to a minimum, really helps me focus on the moves)! ❣I especially enjoyed the mountain climber to knee push-up sequence. I did find the beginning (5:55) downward dog > plank > forward fold a little more fast paced (and your classes in general) for beginner. I tend to follow one video many times until I can fully grasp it. Sending lots of love!!!!

    This class was like taking a bite of a dish that is spicier than you anticipated 😅 I really loved this change of pace lower impact full body burn. I truly appreciate your gift to constantly produce a variety of class styles and I always look forward to new release Wednesday to practice with you 😊

    Exercises were good but I felt it was a bit rushed & the exercises were not equally timed so I was getting off track always.
    It would have been great if the exercises had timers & some background music.

    I love love your videos , but the lisp with the s on the headphones sometimes distract me😅 Your flows are great and challenging.
