Century communities did a development in Inspirada that was prima. One modal I still love.

Yes, Italy. It's romantic and conjures up great culture, great food, and....... great figs.
The same reason why my inspirada for my backyard is mojave modern tuscan. 😂

They really need a downtown summerlin like major mall in the area to service inspirada, anthem, Southern highlands etc. there really isnt anything in that southwest part of henderson. Closest is town square or galleria but both are about 20 min away. Not much dining, shopping in the area for now.. the casino will help with restaurants, bowling alley and entertainment.
Also as someone else said cell service sucks. As a master plan how can they not make sure there is basic infrastructure before they start building? Cell service is crucial these days. If my internet goes down and I can’t do wifi calling then I would need to go down half a block before I get signal. They wouldn’t allow building if power is spotty right? In this day and age cell service should be a requirement. It’s a public safety issue if you can’t make a call from your home.
There is a lot of “potential” in the area because there’s a lot of undeveloped lands. But it all matters as to what they do with the lands
I totally agree with you. I think eventually they will fix the phone service issue but it might take some time

Many other factors go into it, price range, floor plan, proximity. I would both would work

FYI internet & cell coverage sucks in Inspirada from all the major network carriers. Hopefully we will get some additional cell towers up in our community. But overall we love our community.

@@jackgraham1687 my parents live in sun city anthem when my wife and I would visit them when we lived in Silverado Ranch we always passed Inspirada . This was way back in 2010. We finally decided to stroll through the area and were amazed by the parks, walking trails and overall family atmosphere. It felt like a small city within a city.
Long story short we ended up selling our house in Silverado ranch after our neighborhood wasn’t so neighborly and bought in Beazer Park in 2018 …blocks away from Aventura park.
We were glad we bought when we did …our house almost doubled in equity. I knew this place would blow up back in 2018.
I don't want my neighbor in my window those houses are too close together I need some with room I'm not paying that type of money for a house and I can see my neighbor and here my neighbor
