400,000 for a 1150 sq ft home is good? That’s like $350 per square foot. This is horrible for Vegas. These prices are ridiculous compared to a few years ago
Its not just about square footage price. You could get a townhome for $200 per sq ft in the same neighborhood but it doesn’t give you the same lifestyle as this single story home.
@@jackgraham1687I just think the others plans are better deals. The 2469 plan is approximately $188 per square foot. That’s way more bang for your buck. I appreciate these informative videos

For sure, I think everyone would choose a TB or Pulte if it was the same price!
Will KB Homes have other collections in Inspirada in the future besides what you’ve shown ?
They already have some smaller homes available and townhomes

@@SusanM. GOOD LUCK if you want to buy. Your name is placed in a hat for the next drawing. If you are not picked, you don't get placed on a list. You just go back in the hat for the next drawing. If you really want a house, look elsewhere.

Is free really? Doesn’t your commission just gets added on the home?
No it doesn’t. Whether you buy with a Realtor or not, the home price will be the same. You don’t get discounts for going without Realtor. If you don’t believe me, call in and ask

The "expert in new home construction" always fails to point out the cheap "chicken wire" shelving in each and every KB home. Makes the home look cheap.

Bro, Jack regularly points out the chicken wire -- watch more closely. This is one of the most honest realtors in the game. And believe me, no one likes chigg'n wire but when you gotta hit a price point to appease corporate....
