Thanks so much for this tour Jack. I've seen so many of the new communities here on CZcams and now just from this video, I now could see where a number of them were located. My plan is to retire in Vegas, in about 9 years, so I'm trying to get a feel for what is out there. But who knows what the home market there will be like, around that time or the prices. I did watch the whole video and learned a lot. Thanks again. Ed.

Enjoyed the video tour. I plan on visiting Summerlin and Henderson in August to drive around and have a look around at the homes and see what kind of vibe I get from the area.

We toured these communities back in December 2022. KB homes gave a lot for the price but they seemed cheaply built compared to American West/Pulte and Lennar in my opinion. American West/Pulte homes were solid and seem like they will hold up longer.
It depends on the upgrades that you add in the home, you can make a Kb look better than a Lennar with not much money

Jack thanks again and much success. Hopefully in middle of 2024 I will be in a greater place financially to be able to meet and greet you. I am currently residing in Kansas for now but my hopes and dreams are to move back to Las Vegas. I used to live in Alliante area off Decatur and San Mateo. It’s been a pleasure talking to you. Hey Jack! We enjoyed the tour & DID watch it all. #1 we are not local & it gave us a chance to see all the areas in NW Vegas (where we hope to eventually live). #2 is tough to drive/figure out directions when you are there, while truly seeing what’s around you.
