How do you adjust the deck belt on the z254

One pulley has a spring that attaches to the rear of the deck housing to keep the belt tight, so there's no manual adjustment.

Seems with this mower the belt is never quite tight enough.

Very informative video. My belt has just started to show a lot of slack - would that be a bad belt, pulley do you think? Or is there a way to tighten it back up?
