No fan speeds 2004 VW polo diesel 1.9 no hot air from fan

heater resistor fix and fuse replacement shown in order to fix the heater fan which is not working.
Polo 2004 model shows how to fix the heater when no warm air is available, the fan switch only worked on number 4 and then the fan stopped working .
The car is a VW Polo 2004 model.
The fan speed switch would not work.
