In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. Sydney, I know this stretch is two years old, but I wasn’t working out then and now it’s my favorite. I was working nights as a hospice nurse. I finally retired August, 2021. Last February 2, on Groundhog Day, I decided I needed to get in shape and get healthy. I have been exercising and eating a well balanced low carb diet this last year and I have lost 30 pounds, better still, my waist is down 5 inches. I am age 69, will be 70 in May of this year. Your channel has helped me so much. I love this stretch routine, it’s my favorite of all time. Your sweet attitude and encouragement mean so much to me and I want to thank you for all your hard work on this channel. ♥️♥️

I started working out with you since the quarantine started. I normally pick the 60min ones. Instead of resting, I jog in between workouts. This really intense up the whole workout! And I really enjoyed your workout!
