    About this video:
In this video I have talked about south Indian diet, lifestyle and Ayurvedic practises that are still followed in South India. All these ancient practises and culture contributes to healthy lifestyle and mental growth of these states. It also helps in education and literacy rate of these states which leads to a safer and cleaner environment as well.
Many people in South India still enjoy a healthy lifestyle just because of these traditional practises, diet, rituals (non superstitious) which are followed there.
If one starts understanding that some traditional practices and local diet can help them achieve their fitness goals like fat loss, weight gain, strength building, immunity building and a lot more then it can really change their game. Without having to spend so much on supplements and fancy foods you can get a body and mind that you aspire for. Watch this video to know more.
Hope you find it useful 😊

South is rising economically compared to the North despite the tilt of thr political government to the majoritarian North. Educationally too South is ahead. Many northerners, both educated and illiterate come to the South for their livelihood. It's the general custom to praise the master. This is the basis of the video. Just like the South, North also has many pluses and minuses. Nobody need to be too proud to be a South/North Indian.
