I have been doing a few of these diy balloon garland throughout the year and finally I’m here to share it. These beautiful balloon garland can transform a room instantly and you can use them in whatever events, whether it be for a wedding, baby shower, bridal shower or a birthday!

This is great, they don´t sell the balloon garland kits where I live but I can definitely find fishing line and tape.

So prettty! You make it look so easy too! The ones you add with tape don’t fall off ? And the flowers you just stick them in there with out tape ? Those don’t fall either ? I’m making one for a safari theme and I need to add leaves
Hi karen, i was able to twist the flowers in the balloon but forsure, to secure everything you can use tape. The balloons that I taped with masking tape totally stuck on, just dont use dollar store masking tape :) I would suggest to secure and tape your leaves! good luck :)

How long does one of these generally last? if I did mine two weeks before the event do you think it would hold?
Hey this is really nice ... if I did this the night before would the balloons last for next day???
I made one last month and it has still kept its shape! I would do it 3-4 days before if you want to tick it off your party list :)

Hi Angie, no not at all! this will also last for a long time where as helium is less than a week !

Hey Paris, I would say if you do it in one sitting , 3 hours.. blow balloons, make garland, shape garland, and hang.. its mostly the balloon blowing and ballloon tying that takes up a long time!
ClaCali Thanks for replying. I plan to blow up the balloons the night before my event (and bring the girls along to help too!) so hopefully that will cut our time down. x

Hi selena, YES forsure, this can work anywhere. I do suggest putting it somewhere where it wont get direct sunlight. I did this before and I found a couple balloons that popped because of the heat ! Hope your's works out :) !

Do you think I should make this the day off event or would the night before be okay?
I would suggest NOT doing it on the day of. You never know how long it may take you. It also relieves all the stress to finish it. Even the week of, it should last and still look great!

hi girl! I would love to help however next month or May, is going to be insane!! May I suggest you start blowing them up on the daily and build up, it will last for a while, i promise you :)

It would have been faster if you just tied the balloons together initially. Instead of tying each balloon separate and then tying them individually with string. But it dia come out beautifully.

Hey! For an arrangement like this, I would sell it for $150 or up - I sold it for $50 after a month of keeping it. So a fresh and fuller looking arrangement can be pricey!
