Miata Slow/Broken Window Fix

I'll show you all the steps to cheaply replace and lubricate the window guides on your Miata. This will fix slow power windows and it will also reduce the load on more expensive parts like the motors and cables themselves.
One thing I didn't cover was there are a couple of bolts connecting the window to the raising mechanism. You want to peel back the vapor barrier plastic and move the window down a bit to access them. It's pretty obvious when you're looking at it. A 10mm racheting wrench can come in handy for one bolt; a 10mm socket is fine for the others.
