    2:28:50 is the very last show recorded by Willie Rushton - when originally broadcast there was a tribute to him by Ned Sherrin.

    These shows were the last featuring Willie Rushton, he died soon after.

      To the very beginning, Ivan. The very beginning. I'm not sure I'll upload the lot, as Clue only became properly funny in the 90s.

      @@m.j.nicholls I think the show became more consistently funny from sometime around Series 20 when John Naismith and then Iain Pattinson gave it the shape with the running gags introducing the games and links that continue to this day.

      ​@@nixmixes770I think it also improved when they started travelling to all the different venues with the big and enthusiastic audiences. Perhaps they've become more confident by this stage.
