Boris Johnson is not Russian he is Turkish from his great grand Father being Turkish and they got assassinated in 1922. Boris's family name is Kemal and Boris Johnson family took the name Johnson when they moved to England and did this change because Turkish people and names was not liked in the UK due to world war 1 and the ottomans fighting the British.
When Boris Johnson was going to be born his mum and dad was in Mexico and they could not fly to the USA due to the mum being too far gone and ready to give birth. A Russian friend of the dad and mum gave them money to get a bus from Mexico to the USA so the parents named the baby Boris in honour of the Russian friend. Boris Johnson is American but stopped and dodging tax and the IRS started to chase him for money owed so Boris gave up his American citizenship. How different things would have been if Boris was born in Mexico and had Mexican citizenship hahaha. Boris could have become the leader of Mexico but knowing how corrupted he is, good chance the Mexicans might of made him disappearing be killing him lol
