I think KatEvolved’s 3 pts in Q then max E feels very nice. Basically he would prefer to max E straight away, but recognizes the need to farm with Q damage. This is especially needed in the high elo he plays at where enemy mid will punish you whenever possible, so he’s not allowed to auto waves at lvl 1-5. Once at lvl 6 you start to get some respect from the enemy mid who doesn’t want to see your all-in. And if you’re katevolved you somehow have 4 kills anyway
