I only started with Unity few months ago. Started from scratch. And i must say , your turorials helped me so much with getting my feet of the ground. I searched Internet for many tutorials, but whenever i find out the turorial is from you, i know it will be worth it.
Very straight forward and straight to the point. Great knowledge and ability to explain things.
    Thanks

I couldn't get volumetric lighting working with Anisotropy at 1, had to set it to 0.6-0.9 and it started working.

What scene settings? you are using a asset from the unity asset store that uses a script which is scene settings? I am using unity 2022, there is not anisotropy in fog, how can i get the volumetric lighting? i just get a fog in unity 2022 not volumetric lighting

Really good video! Thanks for explaining all the options of the Volumetric fog. One question. Do you know how to increase the god rays effect in Unity 2020.3.1f1 without changing density of the fog same as you did it on the video? I don't have 'Global Anisotropy' option in the Fog override in my 'Sky and Fog Volume' in this unity version.

    • @Wolfos530

Click the three dots on the top right of the fog effect and select "show additional options"

Hi, your tutorials are excellent, and they are relatively new! I like it, keep it up!
Maybe you could do a course on all this real-time rendering on Unity and sell it on Udemy, I would buy it for you immediately!
Thank you and keep posting more videos of this kind!

Yes, some things are changed. BTW in 2020 you use Right Click>Volume>Global Volume to create scene settings post processing.

Have you tried tuning off the "High Quality" option for Volumetrics in HDRP asset settings. By the way volumetrics are heavy for GPU.

right click in your Hierarchy window -> select volume -> select global volume. then click on new to create a volume profile for your scene

This video is a little bit complex to understand what you are trying to explain so if it becomes possible then reduce the pace of the explanation.
Rather than speedy 5 minutes video make 10 minutes video so that overall concept understanding becomes easy.
