Hermit, I took your advice as soon as I found this video 7 months ago, and yeah, you were right. I’ve always been a marvel fan, and loved watching the movies, and because of that, I was always a comic fan, but specifically marvel. But ever since 7 months ago, I took a break from reading marvel, (and manga, cuz I actually read that more than marvel I just didn’t mention it) and, just from alone binge reading flash comics, milestone comics, and Batman comics, it really shows how dc comics don’t get enough attention to people who only watch super hero movies. Thanks hermit for changing my perspective on a comic company I probably would never check out until now.

If you wanna see Mark Hamil and Kenneth Conroy in action, watch BTAS. Thats literally all you need to understand Batman definitively as a character.
Unfortunately I have to agree, pretty much every other Batman/Joker appearance with those two actors is better.

Teen Titans I find to be quite boring when it comes to plot. Though I love the chemistry between the Titans. Their interactions are wholesome as heck.

As someone who has seen EVERY SINGLE DC animated movie, I agree with all your pics, and would like to add a few more. Batman/Superman Movie: World’s Finest is my favorite of all time and gets both heroes practically perfect. I also recommend Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker which has an amazing flashback sequence, and finally Justice League: Doom, which goes over how Batman would take out the Justice League. Great vid 👍
Edit: Also check out Young Justice, at least season 1. Does a great job explaining not only the heroes and the sidekicks, but a lot of the big villains as well.

Young Justice is also a great starting point. a LOT of the DCAU stuff is great too like Batman The animated series and JLAS.

I’ve always preferred dc over marvel, I recently started liking nerd stuff but I’m not a nerd again yet. I’ve been trying to find a solid ranking on dc movies and shows to watch
I still prefer DC over Marvel. I just like their heroes more.
Dc as a whole gets slept on HEAVY because a single medium to tell their stories (live action movies) isn’t up to standard and no one wants to touch a book or tv show

Please make a video about where to start reading DC comics. There is no continuity in DC Comics. The new 52 was a reboot that somehow brought back character from Earth 1 and Earth 2 which was the previous continuity. So, I really don't know where should I start. Please make a video about it. Thank you for reading.
Check out Comic Book Herald's reading orders. Really, it's all up to you. New 52 reboots the universe, so characters come back to life and some things change. Rebirth does the same and so does Crisis On Infinite Earths. You can start reading from wherever you want, but I personally think you should start after Crisis On Infinite Earths and work your way from there with whatever interests you. Try putting your own list together in a notes app or something made up of all the comics YOU want to read in the comic book herald's list.

I have no problem with the killing joke nor the batman hush adaptations I mean they're not as peak as the comics they were based off on but that doesn't mean the movies aren't at least decent
