Obi Wan Kenobi Was Sadly Disappointing
VloĆŸit
- Äas pĆidĂĄn 24. 06. 2022
- Obi Wan Kenobi was a show that was hyped up for a LONG time. Before it was even announced, people wanted an Obi Wan standalone project... and now it's here. And it's... something? A very divisive show, I've decided to watch it and talk about it - and as a pretty big Obi Wan fan, I gotta say, while the show has some good in it, there's a LOT that brings it down. This is how Obi Wan Kenobi ended up being one of the most disappointing shows on Disney +

@@Zack-bq9xo More like KeNO! GET IN THE BIN time! AmiRIGHT? WEHAAAAAAAAY!
I almost lost faith in the show, but then during the last few seconds of the finale the cameo weâd all been waiting for finally arrived. It brought me to tears seeing Morbiusâ force ghost show up to teach Obi-Wan how to force morb at last
The fucking best scene ever, truly peak, wish there was more Morbin in the series
It was beautiful. I wish we had seen more of him, but then the subtly of the scene would've been ruined.
Don't forget the climax of the final battle when Vader tries to unmorb Obi Wan but he force morbs harder than he ever has to outmorb Vader
This really morbed the series for morbever
I especially loved when they set up that fight between morbius and maul before cutting to black setting up a new spin-off show
*Something is happening at Disney HQ* with their showâs I swear⊠every single one of them is so inconsistently written - - if Peaky Blinders can have 6 episodes and knock each one out of the park⊠thereâs no excuse for these Disney+ shows to come out how they do
@dflowers30 But Obi Wan Kenobi would work better as a movie which is 2 hours, around 5 hours could not make the show better so how could around 9 hours make it any better.
dflowers30 - like I said - if shows like Peaky Blinders can have 6 episodes and fit in story arcs for Tommy, Arthur and pretty much the whole cast - and shows like Luther can tell a story in 4 EPISODES - then 10 episodes isnât gonna improve these series.. only better writers will.
dflowers30 - true but WandaVision had 8 episodes and it still varied in quality and had them flop the finale with that âTheyâll never know what you sacrificed for themâ line
Mandalorian is great tho
Sebastiån Oropeza Arciénega - Mandolorian has 8 episodes and only about 3 of them advance the plot and the rest is filler⊠suffers from the same issues.

Iâll check it out at some point for sure
@@Browntable gucci
â@@Browntable finally, I was looking for this. Where Obi-Wan Kenobi is derivative, The Clone Wars is inventive. And there is a story worth telling in the end.
Clone Wars is one of my favorite shows of all time. People that dismiss it at âjust a kids showâ are dumb and need to watch it. It has such great stories and ways to tell them. That show made me feel things man. I cried many times.
You know what they should've done? Trim it down to 2 hours, and make it a movie. Remove the times Leia gets kidnapped, remove the inquisitors entirely (except Reva, maybe idk), remove the Luke being chased scenes.
Wouldâve been much better
@@Browntable they could've just had Reva pull Luke to make him fall off the ceiling when he climbed it. He'd be knocked out the same way.
Even though I actually really like this show I agree with this idea since I feel that a lot of the things not involving obi wan are Kind of unnecessary and donât add much besides more runtime.
I'd say remove Reva honestly. Her character doesn't feel necessary to me, cuz I have no idea where we're going with the character...
And I'm not interested in her own series either.
â@@mg682 Disney didn't want to receive the same Star Trek Discovery backlash. Fanboys are hella territorial over their franchises despite Star Trek conceived from diversity in the 60's. At least with Kenobi, Reva is supported by the main actor of the show. It's all calculated but we can all agree that some Star Wars fans are toxic
To me it was obvious reva was a youngling when episode 1 starts off with order 66 happening and then never mentioning it again. My problem with reva is the whole show I was wondering what could've possibly happened to her to make her hate obi wan so much, but then you find out she's just trying to get to vader and she actually has no feelings towards obi wan
She explains why she hates Obi Wan in ep 5 but due to lack of reasoning early on, shes treated as the âcrazy angry villainâ until they FINALLY give her depth. Too little too late
@@Browntable and her redemption arc is "should I kill this little boy? No? That would make me like vader? Okay."
The Obi-Ani flashback establishes that mercy is victory.
@@Browntable their idea of giving her depth was to hunt and kill Jedi, as revenge for her Jedi friends being hunted and killed⊠yep, makes sense.
Itâs just baffling how lazy the execution of this show comes off. I think the Qui Gon cameo at the end perfectly encapsulates what I think of Lucasfilm rn. They are terrified of doing anything new or changing how we could see the prequels. Dave Filoni has this brilliant monologue about how duel of the fates was about the fate of Anakin. If Qui Gon survived that fight and became Anakinâs master, Anakin wouldâve had the father figure he needed in his life and Darth Vader likely never happens. But because Qui Gon is killed and Obi Wan becomes his master (something he didnât want to do in the first place but did so out of obligation of his masterâs dying wish), Anakin got a brother, not a father. There is so much there for an incredible conversation between Obi Wan and Qui Gon to discuss and talk Obi Wan through his guilt but Lucasfilm is terrified of the fans and they donât want to risk messing up a conversation of that magnitude so they just shoehorned Qui Gon in at the end of the show as a wave to the fans.
They had what must have been one of the most hyped up series and they seriously greentlit the Leia chase scene, the trenchcoat scene, etc. . They are not only lazy, I am pretty sure they dont have the creativity. But in terms of breaking canon they have so much creativity, they made a who,e 6 part series that directly contradicts the OT and retcons the shit out of ANH.
There is a good 2 hour movie in here somewhere. Shame they had to try to expand to a tv series. In retrospect I wonder if Star Wars and this might apply to Marvel lose something a bit when youâre trying to make both movies and tv shows. They feel less like events.
YES, I think I said that when recording but ultimately trimmed it down, unless Im forgetting and its still in the video
Thereâs even a great 3 act structure here. 1) Broken Obi-Wan reluctantly getting called to do âone last missionâ to help Leia, 2) Obi-Wan being hunted by Vader but also being tied to helping people in which Vader exploits, 3) Obi-Wan deciding that the only way to stop the carnage is to confront Vader directly and the pain heâs been carrying for years.
Just cut out all the fluff and tighten up the pacing and it really does seem like a great movie.
While I really enjoyed this show it definitely should've been a movie. I think it honestly would've been if Solo did better
Not in that writers room. There wasn't even 2 minutes of good content in that show.
Gonna try doing a fanedit of this, as I know others are too. Yall should keep an eye on that community.
im glad that people are critizing this show without bias.
I agree with a lot of your criticisms on the technical aspect of it cause it definitely looked cheap and the lightsabers always threw me off when they were used. I also agree with your take on revaâs personality and the side characters. I personally didnât have a problem with obi-wan being kinda guilt tripped into helping Leia as without Bailâs argument that both kids are important I doubt he wouldâve went otherwise. I donât really mind the lack of flashbacks.
The theme sounding like Spider-Manâs theme!! I thought the same thing too and I thought I was crazy!
Its a cool theme but since its SO similar I keep getting distracted by it in every scene its in đ
Fun fact: Natalie Holt, the music composer for Obi-Wan Kenobi, also did Loki.
Also, John Williams gave her permission to use some of his themes, which is pretty cool since Holt was influenced by William's other work, like E.T.
But in contrast the Loki soundtrack was amazing, in the Obi Wan series it was just generic background noise
I haven't listened to much of her music, but from what I've listened to, she has her own voice, but I think she borrows a lot from other composers.
And yeah, I agree, as a music major, her compositions do get repetitive, which may come off as "generic".
I mean, you could argue the same for John William's theme for Obi-Wan, but at least there's some interesting harmony.
@@notationmusical I wish that Ludwig Goranson scored this show to be honest
Goransson...I'll be sure to check him out.
Edit: wow, it's really interesting, thanks.
@@notationmusical Check out his work for The Mandalorian and for the movie Tenet, the man is a genius
Man you gotta watch The Clone Wars! It's easily some of the best content out of the Star Wars franchise. Imo its like my second favorite thing from this franchise outside of The Empire Strikes Back.
I loved your idea of how to improve Revaâs character. It really wouldâve fleshed her out and add so much emotional weight. Like her kneeling to Darth Vader. For some reason, it didnât click with me just how messed up that was. I wished we got the tension you mentioned in the video
I really enjoyed the show, but it was definitely overhyped. Not using the duel of the fates in the final fight was a huge mistake. But the "You didn't kill Anakin Skywalker...I did" with that creepy smile, that might be my favorite moment in Star Wars now. I need more scary Vader on the screen
It was overhyped because fans overhyped it as usual with their theories and most of them didnât happen until the last episode, thatâs why itâs âthe worst thing everâ when it literally isnât lmao

This show was doomed from the start. The hype was so big and out of control that it would have to be the literal second coming of christ for it to satisfy everybody.
And for that reason I do emphasize with Debra Chow and the rest of the cast and crew.
I really enjoyed the show but I do recognize the problems and issues with the final product. It's kinda like Spider-man 3 and the prequels. All have big issues, but I still like them.
Ima be fr I think if the show was a movie and they wrote a more character driven and gripping story I think this wouldve easily been top tier Star Wars. The ending episode is proof of that imo.
The thing you are talking about is a good show getting slander because of high expectations, which is not the case. In fact - all the consoomers were eating kenobi up and unfortunately the general opinion on kenobi is that its a good show, which i know is a matter of taste but... the fact how unaware these people are is kinda unnerwing and it shows how low the standards are which also means that disney will continue rapid firing trash with no consequences.
Total agreeage on that, browntable. A movie wouldn't have killed the pacing and would've not only allowed for a bigger budget(I think), but more freedom to deepen the meaning behind and between the pro and antagonists' fights. All that said, I think aside from the lighting issues, episode 6 is the episode 3 of THIS series, lol !
Saying that this show's writing is only deemed bad by the audience because it got too much "hype" is giving this show too much credit~
Instead of a passionate writer first coming up with an Obi-Wan story then pitching it, it seems like Disney first decided to make an Obi-Wan story, then asked someone to make it
Nah, I felt more dissappointed with shows like What If...? or Book of Boba Fett (maybe Hawkeye was even more disappointing) đ
How they did Kingpin (One of the best comic book villains ever) in Hawkeye - still has me worried about the new Daredevil series.
@@firstlast9846 If they have good writers attached, it shouldn't be an issue... However, the writing duo currently reported to be attached has a rather mixed resume under their belt, so yeah, actually, it's reasonable to be a bit worried.
Hawkeye was still better than this show, at least to me
Finally someone points out the Spiderman Theme! Literally every time I heard it my mind would finish the melody with the games theme
To quote MJ "If you expect disappointment, then you can never really be disappointed." I had such low expectations for Kenobi, that I was pleasantly surprised with the final result đ
Thanks for the heart, Mr. Browntable
My expectations were low and I was still disappointed
I'm conflicted with how Obi-Wan was thrusted into the plot. From a story-crafting perspective, I agree with you that the character should have had more agency in deciding his actions. However, we also find an old man with guilt and fear who wouldn't want to make such choices. We know people like this in real life who need others to "force" them into action.
Exactly, I thought that was one of the show biggest strengths, how it handled Obi Wanâs return.
I agree with your points on Reva. I wanted to like her in the beginning of the show but I had trouble connecting, likely because of the misguided direction you mentioned. I feel that Reva's true backstory is so predictable that it needs to be revealed earlier on so the subtext in earlier scenes is now just text, and the viewer has more to chew on.
i know everyone is gonna say this but. The clone wars is such a good show. first 2 seasons arent honestly that good but it is extemely worth watching. the character development and depth of anakin is just outstanding. I really reccomend watching it, even if it might feel like a task to get through at first. But i assure u it gets good.
There is only one word to describe this show, mediocre.
The hype was not worth it sadly
It was very lackluster. It had quite a bit of potential, but as the show wrapped up, I wondered why the show didn't add more context to the relationship between Anakin and Obi-Wan as they did in the fifth episode. This should have been flashback galore, lol.
it's kinda crazy how great that Vader/Anakin scene is compared to the rest of the show.
Just wanted to say dude that your opinion while showing praise where praise is called for from the show clearly gives ideas for how the show can improve. You giving your honest opinion and giving a review that has positive and negative viewpoints is GOOD!
You are holding Disney accountable for the content they put out and your feedback shows to them we arenât just taking any content and expect quality with these shows. So keep doing you man :)
My fucking guy. Beautifully put into words exactly how I feel about the whole show.
FINALLY! Iâve waited ages for someone else to point out how similar this theme is to the spider-man ps4 theme!
Totally agree about the music. They went out of their way to use duel of the fates and even a new/even more epic version of battle of the heroes in the trailer...then never used it
God i canât remember the last time i was so dissapointed with somethingâŠ
I prefer to like things instead of complaining (i even loved boba fett!) but i couldnât help but noticing very poor excecutions for everything the show gave, i even fell asleep when watching the finale

Yo I thought the same thing when I heard the theme!
How was obi wan your favorite character but you haven't seen the clone wars. That show does so much for that character I cant even imagine the character without the clone wars show
The recap made me sad because I knew Disney was never gonna catch the aesthetic of StarWars.....they've always failed....the only time they've captured the spirit of StarWars was in Rougue One and some episodes of The Mandalorian.....just sad
Lmao I was thinking the same thing about the theme sounding like Spider-Man
Your videos are always bangers. BANGERS.
Yet again Browntable has read my mind exactly and said everything I thought in a video. Thanks Mauricio, please get out of my brain
Am I one of the only people that actually enjoyed The show? It was fun and cool to see Ewan as Kenobi again
I literally have 0 complaints about this show. Been avoiding these kinds of videos because they seem needlessly negative.
That was the whole selling point. They flashed his name, building up hype, using Ewan to draw in watchers. The actual content is lazy, insulting, and obviously done by people who have no love of Star Wars. Itâs like the sequels. You reserve the right to your own opinion, but itâs still a fact that they have atrocious writing. Take any writing class; youâll see. If you like these films and shows you have bad taste.
I loved it too! It wasn't perfect but people are being so negative towards it! I think it was great
It was fun at times but tbh I expected so much more that I was left disappointed. It isnt some new character, itâs Obi Wan Kenobi, so thereâs always expectations attached
@@MusicByKsyusha
I always found Kenobi to be one of the least interesting character in all of Star Wars, so I was not exactly hyped for this at all and didn't even watch the trailers, but this show managed to make him interesting for me.
I so agree! So maybe Kenobi became a functioning alcoholic at the Mos Eisley Cantina and got into a LOT of fights around the time when he lost all hope but then saw his errors and had to become Great again. I have always wondered how he got his great insights about Tatooine even after the prequels. Now it just does'nt make sense. And you can also see a kind of a smug face in A new hope when Old Ben cuts the arm of in the Cantina and looks up at the crowd..
While I myself donât agree I appreciate this take on the show as many of your points are valid! On a side note looking forward to the next episode of Interstellar Ranger Commence!

My thoughts exactly! It's like you're making videos for me because I have the exact same opinion. Great video as always! and thank you for noticing the theme sounds like the Spider-man PS4 theme. I haven't seen anyone mention that.
You were spot on with the theme I couldnât get that out of my head from the first time I heard it
The whole series didnât feel very cinematic to me either. The side characters didnât work, the Austin powers hijinks were just ridiculous and insulting to fans. And even worse, being labeled as racist and sexist for providing objective feedback about these fictional characters.
Iâve been thinking about how the theme sounds like spiderman since episode 1 thank god someone pointed it out
This show felt like 2 hours long movie been force into 6 episodes long series and you can tell.
1:17 browntable, we have the same bedding đ
the part when you wanted the show to contract with the future reminds me of Cobra Kai
This would have worked better as a movie. I'm also getting disappointed at new Star Wars material not using proper John Williams-style scoring. The John Williams score is such a central part of Star Wars, and even if you can't get Williams himself to always do it, there's composers out there who can imitate him quite well. KOTOR comes to mind as having an entirely original soundtrack that borrows pretty much nothing from the original films yet still sounds like it was written by John Williams himself. It can be done.
In the end Obi-Wan Kenobi did more or less everything I wanted to see, but in the most half-baked way possible. So, I guess I liked it, but I can't see myself going back to rewatch it much beyond just revisiting that grand finale. I love that Hayden Christensen was able to redeem himself with a much more compelling performance this time around.
Your opinion is understandable, and therefore I kind of agree that the show had not a lot, but little content!
Great review, you spoke my mind
Funny how this show is like the anti Marvel show. Like most of the Marvel shows are pretty good at first until they fall off at the end into midfinity while this show had all mid episodes until a banger at the end.
This video was a huge mic drop for me. Every point youâve made was everything I thought about for this show since I finished watching it, but it seemed as if barely anyone online agreed with how I felt about it. It was almost as if I was crazy for even thinking there was something wrong with the showâs writingâŠ
There truly wasnât enough development in Kenobi. Despite it only having six episodes, they put too much importance on superfluous information rather than focusing on the ACTUAL main character the show is named after. That last conversation between Vader and Obiwan was amazing. Sadly, that was the best the showâs writing had going for itself and itâs disappointing. It could have been SO much more but Disney dropped the ball.
Most disappointing only cuz it actually had the potential to be good. The rest of the Disney plus shows are pretty dogshit as well except a handful of the marvel shows
I know Disney owns the franchise, but I still wish they had George be in charge of directing everything Star Wars related
If George had even the slightest desire to be in charge he wouldnt have sold it in the first place. And the primary reason he sold it, the fanbase, just keeps getting worse and worse.
this is how I see kenobi.
episode 1 : bad
episode 2 : bad
episode 3 : bad
episode 4 : bad
episode 5 : good
episode 6 : okay
so in conclusion it's very mid and not Worth your time
That ani vader talk with obiwan reminds me of that ahsoka moment with vader in rebels
Can't wait for the continuation of your Interstellar Ranger pilot episode
I think something that is often overlooked is the camera movement. Shaky camera can work, but it doesn't work for Star Wars. It just makes everything look chaotic and takes away from the spectacle, specially in lightsaber fights.
whatâs funny is that Obi-Wan has a 25 million dollar budget per episode which is 10 million more than The Mandolorian
I'm so glad that I'm not crazy for making the Spider-Man PS4 theme connection to the Kenobi theme
Im happy I wasn't the only one that realized how similar Obi Wan's leimotif is so similar to the Spider-Man PS4 one. I honestly like the soundtrack but there were episodes that didn't connect mush to the orchestral atmosphere Star Wars has that John Williams manifested thru the saga
While the score is by Natalie Holt (Loki), Obi-Wan's theme specifically is a new John Williams composition.
@@Carabas72 Yea I already knew for that. I was really happy hearing he'd come back to make Obi's own theme. And I honestly adore Natalie she's such a unique orchestral artist and she brought one of my favorite scores of anything Star Wars in a while. Just the same as her score for Loki cause it's groundbreaking to me
It's sad that many people will drop off before they get to the final episode.
Imagine if in spider-man 2 Peter didn't choose to be spider-man again but Aunt may pulled out a gun a forced him to it. That what happened to Obiwan at the beginning
Bruh I could not listen to the opening of the show without hearing the Spider-Man PS4 theme. Glad someone pointed it out
What a great video. You've expressed what I disliked about this show way better than I'd ever hope to do, and some nice insights as well (like Reva and the imperial possible parallels etc.). Subbed.
Hit every nail on the head with thisvid Bummer the best scene is copied beat-for-beat from the Vader/ahsoka scene in rebels. I laughed when the imperial March played lmao
I got more emotional from the recap than any scene in the show, and the prequels are pretty bad.
Also go watch the clone wars, what are you doing with your life.
Ill def check it out soon
Ever since this was announced years ago I was excited and I always liked the idea that was fleshed out in the legends books and even the comics that Obi Wan truly was in isolation and living with his guilt from leaving Anakin for dead and his PTSD from the clone wars. I always thought and I know many wanted a really personal story with a western feel to the somber tone that the show should have been is the right way, Gran Torino by Clint Eastwood is something I thought could work well with the Obi Wan show with its elements. However, what we got was a half-assed written show that never justifies why it even became a show instead of the initially planned movie to be filled with unnecessary characters and messy plotlines that just has obvious fan services purposes. It saddens me that the Obi Wan spin-off came to be like this, I do wanna give it credit as it does have some really good genuine moments but that's not enough to save this. It felt almost like the boba fett show, half-assed and were too scared to try anything beyond the star wars formula. Obi Wan deserved better.
great video and i agreed with everything you said up till you got the ep 6. I know you arent a stan and havent seen the animated shows, but if you had watched the animated shows, everything you liked about the finally, you would actually hate
Iâm glad a lot of people are speaking up with good and not hateful criticism. I feel like if we donât, Disney will know how little they can get away with while raking in cash. Andor is my last hope :(
the fight in the last episode was a direct copy of rebels
I agree with your opinion chad, I wish it was like how obi wan kenboi become a jedi and how he met his master etc,but you canât get what you want and they did Third sister dirty, but the show itself is enjoyable but the characters have the problems thatâs it
The biggest issue with this show is that it serves two masters and ends up being a terrible apprentice to both: It wants to be a "dark, gritty" drama like Logan or Joker but also wants to be a kids show that feels like its been processed through a thousand focus groups so that it "hits all the right metrics." The end result is that it feels like a pretty bad imitation of an HBO miniseries and a live action Nickelodeon sitcom.
Oh my god I thought I was the only person who heard the Spider-Man game theme in the Obi Wan theme
Itâs too bad the half-helmet Anakin voice scene at the end of the fight is literally an exact copy of the end of Ahsoka and Vaderâs fight in Rebels. No seriously, like itâs exactly the same, a straight up copy. Look it up and youâll see.
The 6 episode format for these D+ shows are really killing the potential of these stories. They donât have enough time to be a proper show, and they have too much unnecessary scenes to make it a movie. Itâs just an awkward middle ground that doesnât work. Definitely agree with the comments saying it shouldâve been a movie, or even multiple.
I think your issue is not in understanding the context and but that each episode has elements of the number movie it is.
With the last ep being return of the Jedi.
But your absolutely right, itâs like the worked backward from the ending.
Not to mention:
- How can a Droid open fan doors?
- Why are the fucking Vader ship so terrible at shooting?
- Why can't huge plasters blast open a big door, but a simple lightsaber can??
There are so much "just because convenient". So much bad writing, it's scary.
10:37 finally someone said it I have been thinking that ever since like the first episode
Iâve only seen the first three episodes, but this show felt like a worse version of Jedi: Fallen Order.
Itâs a good excuse to replay the game tho so hey this show is aces.
Im halfway thru Fallen Order its so good!!
I'm tuning out after the Ahsoka series I reckon.
She was my entry into the Star Wars franchise - The Clone Wars television show was the first SW property I ever experienced - so I reckon its only fitting that I depart after that.
I'll tune in wherever Ahsoka shows up (Tales of the Jedi, maybe she might show up in the Bad Batch, etc). But after her story ends, I'm dippin'.
I love Star Wars. It means a lot to me.
I'm just fatigued.
I liked the Kenobi show. In fact I have very similar opinions to Mr Browntable (great video piece by the way).
But like I currently am with MARVEL, I'm not as invested after years and years of consumption of this particular intellectual property.
Thank you George, Dave, and all of my other favourite Star Wars creators. It's been fun.
Yes! I'm not the only one who immediately thought of the Spidey PS4 theme when hearing Kenobi's!
Disney seems like they're afraid of making Star Wars movies after Solo and Rise of Skywalker
10000%
Oh yeah for sure. And that's why it hurts the most because this is the show we wanted the most
Iâm glad that at the very least they stayed faithful and respectful to the characters. While the story was pretty lack luster and just overall uninteresting most of the time minus the last 2 episodes, everyone played their part almost perfectly and everyone felt like their character. BoBF completely butchered a fan favorite while also being a shockingly bad show in its own right.
Boba Fett's been fucked ever since the Prequels, and then Mando took what was originally Fett's place in the storyline.
There was barely a character left to be butchered in his show, it was just Django Cloneboy doing the same thing he always does.
On the show looking like something out of early 2000âs doctor who: the production of this show originally halted during filming, lucasfilm and Disney brought on board a new set of writers and rushed to get this show finished on a budget of about 91 million dollars. It looks and feels cheap and a lot of the cgi wasnât 100% finished. There were leaks about the show really early on that alluded to problems we see. Plus John and Dave didnât have anything to do with the show, so it really didnât feel right outside of the finale.
I would say thereâs good things in this show and thereâs a ton of issues with it and I wish they made a movie and gave it 1000% of it a Priority in making a really great plot
I thought I was the only one who noticed that the theme sounded like spider-man ps4 lol
Good God. Why does Reva even have a redemption arc?
Make a âLoganâ style Obi Wan movie and have it be directed by Sam Rami and watch the box office explode đ
Sam Raimi of all people doesn't have a "Logan" style anything in him. You might as well ask Michael Bay to direct an accurate Jane Austen adaptation.
This show would work better as a movie they can cut out Ep4 and a lot of the more pointless stuff
Also Iâm glad Iâm not the only one who doesnât hate Reva
I really saw the stretch in budget, everything seemed super inconsistent. Whenever there were handheld shots, I genuinely got nauseous; but then theyâre are some really beautiful wide shots. Also, hit the nail right on the head with the score, itâs from Natalie Holt (Loki composer) and she really is talented. This felt fairly uninspired though, like leftover tracks that werenât included in other material. Also also, was it just me or did it seem like Ewan didnât wanna be there some times?
I heard the bad batch has a kid in it too. It seems like Disney loves having a kid in star wars as like a lone wolf and cub type thing
Btw not related to the vid,but i hope your show is going well.
